Terrible experience. Staff did not offer any assistance or explain where anything was on arrival, including where the access to gym or sauna was. They pointed at the self check in computer whilst seated and non communicative. Did not give a warm greeting. See through shower was terrible for friends staying with each other and I specified this on the booking i wanted to separate beds. The twin beds were practically pushed together. The room is poorly designed and is made for 2 people who are couples or have a really close relationship and there is no gap in between the bed. Very impractical. Shower room is opened as well as the sink. The sink basin is not in a separate room. The price of the room was not worth what we paid. Shocked and the sauna /steam room was not working - they needed an engineer to come which was booked to come after our arrival so did not get what we paid for. The bar staff were kind the reception staff were horrible and not accommodating or empathetic. Neighbour felt unsafe at night, intoxicated people outside could hear shouting loud in streets from bedroom window. .Road works right outside hotel window, graffiti on the wall of the hotel. Disgusted Everything is minimum 20 mins walk away from main attractions like shopping , zeil shopping centre, main frankfurt central station

Enjoyed our 2 night stay, though it didn't get off to best start. We arrived after check-in time & our room was not ready, was advised that it would be another hour. Wasn't impressed with that & after 10 mins they found a room. Immediate area around hotel probably not the best and there are lots of roadworks. Though if you walk along the river it is a lot nicer. Tram right outside & u-bahn train station close walk. The mattress was damaged, it had no support in it. The Housekeeping supervisor sorted it out very quickly & got the mattress changed over. Strange shower set up, but I had read about that, so it wasn't a surprise but the shower was very good with great water pressure. Breakfast was good with fresh to cook omlettes. Special shoutout to Jack the barista, he did a fabulous coffee. The best of our trip. Easy to walk into Old Town along the river.

Not worth the trip
Comfortable but that’s about it. Was charged extra to check in 20 mins earlier than check in time. Very hard to get to as most of the roads have construction. Room was great. Would I visit again. Probably not.

It was a nice place to stay but the location could be better, construction all around. They had issues checking me in, which wasted a pretty significant portion of my time in Frankfurt (~1hr ). That’s why I’m giving them three stars. Room was nice staff was nice, but their payment processor kept declining my card when it shouldn’t have and wasted precious vacation time

There was no phone in room. Had to go to lobby when we ran out of toilet paper. Had asked 3 people to replace while we were gone but nope had to go back down stairs 5 flight to get TP.

Good location and rooms but customer svc a miss
The overall appearance of the rooms and lobby was modern and we found the location was excellent. Self checkin was accomplished at kiosks in the lobby, with assistance from very helpful staff. We had booked two rooms but only one was ready by checkin time. When our son got his room he discovered personal belongings of a prior guest in one of the drawers. Our own room was clean upon arrival but was never refreshed during our 2 night stay. Therefore I would have to say room cleanliness was disappointing. I had already read about the shower placement in the middle of the room. This didn’t bother us. We were surprised, however, as there was no fridge or phone in the room or any way to contact service staff on the TV. We had to go downstairs to make any requests. Also there was no way to review a final bill before checkout. Perhaps that is common in Frankfurt hotels? It left us wishing there was a more personal customer service approach like we are used to.

We showed up at 1am and was able to check in easily. They also allowed us to check out late at reasonable rates. We left a horrible hotel nearby the Romer that was infested with cockroaches and no AC. This was under a 15m walk from everything and we were so happy with everything. We travelled from the UK and Portugal and this was one of the better accommodations at a fraction of the price. Staff service was excellent. Room was clean. Ac was great. Restaurant option as well. Easy check in and check out with flexibility.

Great breakfast and staff.
Staff is very nice and they have terrific snacks and drinks for free throughout the day. Breakfast is excellent. The weird shower in the middle of the hotel room (there is a curtain in the rooms with 2 beds) just weirded me out. LOL Also, the carpet felt dirty- it should be cleaned with a scrubber. Everything else was great.

A fantastic Frankfurt find
This was an amazing hotel for several reasons (convenient location, parking availability, safety, affordability); however, it was amazing primarily due to the staff, who were uniformly efficient and engaging. I want to specifically give an enthusiastic compliment to the hotel bar staff, especially Mahomed and also Adriana, who made our stay absolutely delightful. They were superb! FYI there is one unusual aspect about the room design at this hotel—the showers are outside the bathroom.

great hotel perfect location on the river about 20min walk from the station and 10mins from nightlife, exceptional service in the hotel they couldn't have made us feel more welcome plan to go back Rooms really nice, shower in middle of the room was quirky but curtain covers the room, great service and drinks and check in was easy
