good hotel, only 1 block off a good location

Posted May 20, 2014
Pros: The price, breakfast were the 2 best things
Cons: The hotel was good but I would look for a location further north of the river
Location: We walked a lot and there is a lot to see buy, eat and drink in the area.
Overall just fine. The hotel is 1 block south of what I would call a good location. We felt safe enough walking to and from but it is not the same nice neighbor hood you find North of Zeil.

Pros: Conveniently located
Cons: Stricness with policies on breakfast buffet and towel allowance.
Location: We walked to a museum nearby, lots of restaurants. We walked over the bridge and there was a cute outdoor area where bars all have picnic tables.
We arrived at the hotel at 7am due to our flight arrival time. They were very generous and let us in the room even though check-in time was not until later that afternoon. They did make a point to let us know that we were not permitted to have the breakfast that was currently being served. The twin beds pushed together to make a queen were not particularly comfortable. The twins were sheeted separately, so there was a defined crack in the middle of the bed. The mattresses were also quite dense so not a great night's sleep. We were also told that we were not permitted any additional towels which was a little harsh. Once we were allowed to eat the breakfast we found it good with lots of variety. The location at first felt a little industrial, but it was fine enough to be within walking distance to wherever we wanted to go.

Adequate hotel in Frankfurt.

This hotel was ok. We liked the secure parking, air conditioning and staff. It was close enough to walk to the sights we wanted to see. We foud the bed quite hard and the decore was dated, but the hotel was fine for a quick stay.

Functional and cost effective. Nothing wrong with the place at all, unless you're looking for cocktail bars and underground discos!! Clean and polite.

The hotel was very convenient. Very close to the airport link and the main shopping area. Room was very spaciousness with a great bathroom. The immediate area around the hotel would not suit all I would definitely consider this hotel again
