“Very Good Hotel”
Stayed 8 nights at this hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and the room was very clean. The hotel is right across from the main train station. Our stay there was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!
“frranfurter, hamburger, hof”
The hotel is clean and neat, convenient to the train station. The first room we had was the smallest hotel room I have seen, smaller than our closet at home, and this was for two, peolple with large suitcases. We returned a few days alter and I had requested a larger room, which was fine. Should check out Inter-city hotel next door or Steinberger two doors up. Our room was not ready when we arrived so we waited in order to feshen up. They did not tell us while we waited they were refurbishing the first floor and we had no water on the 6th floor. We took the train from Frankfurt to several Xmas markets and the location of this hotle worked very well for us.
“good hotel with good location0Hotel”
Hotel with very good staff, cleanliess and location. Breakfast without variety but satisfactory.
“Will go back to this awesome hotel!”
If this the perfect hotel if you arrive/depart Frankfurt at the train station or if you want to be near the water. It's a modern, boutique hotel, that we'll stay at again the next time we are in Franfurt. Don't worry about security; It's on the other side of the red light district next door to a 5-star hotel. I think it's a boutique hotel given the small, added touches: umbrellas at the front door for guests to take out with them in often-rainy Frankfurt, purple calia lilies on the breakfast tables (the breakfast is great!), the candies they leave on your pillow, and the overall quiet/relaxed atmosphere. We had a double room, which was small compared to U.S. standards, but the cathedral ceilings, modern furniture, the air conditioning, and flat screen on the wall made up for it. The bathroom was really cool too. At the very least a 3-star hotel, but a great deal! Other reviews made me worried about staying near the train station, but I know think it's unfounded: there is a Starbucks, Burger King, and McDonalds and other eateries that are full of locals in the train station and this hotel is literally across the street from track 25 and still very quiet.
“Modern and clean hotel”
Reasonable priced, great location, clean and modern hotel with friendly staffs!
“we will be back”
This hotel is right next to the main train station in Frankfurt and is extremely easy to walk to. From the train station there is access to anywhere in Frankfurt and surrounding area, including the airport. We had one of their newly remodeled, air-conditioned rooms and were very impressed. The room was small but didn't feel small and even though our window faced the street, our room was very quiet. The room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom had a great shower. The breakfast buffet had a very large and tasty selection of the typical German breakfast items and the coffee was up to its high German standards. This will be our hotel in Frankfurt from now on. We loved it!
“Convenient Location”
For the traveler who needs a hotel near the Frankfurt train station, this one is ideal. Located right across the street on the north (quieter) side, it provides a clean, safe environment at a very reasonable price. Staff was friendy, helpful, and spoke excellent English. Also has an excellent free breakfast buffet.
“Nice Hotel”
Good hotel. Ten minutes walk from exhibition center. Opposite main train station (noise not a problem). Hotel clean and friendly. Buffet breakfast is outstanding. Only negatives are very small rooms (usual in Frankfurt) and no room air conditioning.
“Not bad for a quick visit, worth the money”
Everything was great. Checked in super early, around 8:45am, & didn't wait for a minute at the reception. They said they didn't have enough fans, since the hotel was not air conditioned. They brought one on the third & last night. Room is pretty basic, but clean & worth the money. Breakfast was included, nice assortment, but they could add a few more "hot" items. Location was extremely convenient. Next to the Train station, with trains & subway to everywhere else in Frankfurt. You can almost get anything you want from the station well into the night. Walking around was pretty safe, until 1 am (when I usually come back from a long day of walking & photo shooting.) It is always within walking distance from to river side, museum embankment, & the downtown.
“Decent stay for single occupancy”
Pros - Excellent Location, right next to the central railway station - Closer to many restaurants, the river, shopping - Very good breakfast (included in my price) - English speaking courteous and very helpful staff - Room was functional Cons - No A/C in the room (weather was not that hot, but still missed a/c) - Bed and pillows need upgrades - Very small room (single occupancy - didn't bother me much) - Crappy TV (watched a very little TV) If I am travelling alone, I don't mind staying here.
