Pros: The friendliness and quality of the staff. TV's.
Cons: Room smell and insulation.
Location: Location was ok.
The sound insulation was very bad. I have heard the wind whistling all night. Overpriced according to what it had offered.

Great, affordable hotel with a reliable standardPosted Jul 24, 2013 on Hotels.com
This place was very nice. It had nice staff members and the overall look of the hotel was warm and welcoming. The breakfast was decent. Perhaps a little more variety would be nice but not the end of the world. Location of the hotel is very close to the main train station but you have to go all the way around. Take about 8 minutes by bus or 20 minutes walking there. Neighbourhood was a bit industrial but when you're out and about in the city doesn't really matter. One thing we found annoying was having to have your room key in the switch for power…however most European hotels do that to conserve.

Out of the way placePosted Jun 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is relatively close to the main rail station but requires a taxi to get there. To go downtown to enjoy a meal(s) requires a 45 minute walk through an industrialized area. The hotel continental breakfast is very good, so take advantage of it. The room and the bathroom are very clean but as non smokers you still can smell the odour of smoke even with the ventilation on. The trip to Frankfurt airport takes about 40 minutes during non-rush hour.

Good value for a lower budget hotel.Posted Apr 23, 2013
Pros: This was a clean hotel and the staff were helpful.
Cons: This was a no frills hotel, but the free breakfast was good.
Location: The bus doesn't run frequently & the main station is a 15 min. walk.
The hotel is a little out of the way for anyone who is looking at staying close to downtown core of the city. The bus doesn't run frequently enough, and the main train station is a 15 minute walk. This was a clean hotel and the staff were helpful. Good value for a lower budget hotel.

Location excellent for shopping and restaurants.Staff extremely friendly and efficient. Complimentary coffee - N espresso - very considerate. Bedrooms - we had reserved two - very small, with barely enough room for two to move around. On the positive, it was clean and bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast was basic but adequate.

Economy but still comfortablePosted Apr 2, 2013
Location: Gutleutstrasse: not much there, as it is in the West habour area, but only short drive into Frankfurt centre (shopping)
Staff are friendly and helpful. Had to get a 3rd cup and had to replace it again, as house keeping took it, but no big deal. Reception staff printed my boarding passes at no cost. Free WiFI in the lobby / bar is helpful. Breakfast is buffet type continental style with plenty of choice. Bus stop is within 2 mins walk (for those without car. Car parking was free of charge as well. Overall, quite pleased.
