Close to Frankfurt Station

Posted Aug 13, 2014
Pros: Close to amenities
Cons: Bedding could be cleaner
Location: Supermarket across road. Station less than 5 mins away.
I stayed at the hotel for one night. In terms of cleanliness this was satisfactory. Soap/shower gel is via a pump dispenser, unusual but present. My room overlooked the road and there was a lot of traffic noise, this isn't the hotels fault and they had provided a fan to keep things a bit cooler. There was also a small fridge, and a good continental breakfast. All good so far, however the bedding smelt a little bit of stale smoke.

Shady Dealings

Posted Aug 4, 2014
Pros: The staff seemed friendly.
Cons: 1) Stop ripping off your customers! 2) Clean!
Location: This hotel is on the edge of the red light district, so be prepared...
While Expedia advertised one price, when we checked in, we were asked to pay over twice as much. Expedia warns that there may be extra fees, but this hotel cheats the system. Also, the room was disgusting. The bathroom smelled terrible, the carpets were stained, and the lamp shades had burn marks on them. Please, do not use this hotel. It was awful!!

not bad hotel

I stated at the hotel just for some hours as I needed to rest before heading to the airport. It was the cheapest hotel I fount close to the main train station so I did not expect much. So, for the price I paid the hotel was more than I needed. The staff was helpful and the room clean. I would recommend it for the budget traveler.

Great place but sketchy neighborhood

Posted Mar 20, 2012 on Hotels.com
Free WiFi is fast and works in your room. The beds are comfortable and the service is great. The included breakfast was quite good, they had stuff to make sandwiches as well as yogurt and coffee all buffet style. It's also across the street from the main train station and a supermarket that sells food and liquor. Take care to avoid the area around this hotel at night however. The property is located on the edge of the red light district which is filled with prostitutes, drug users, and other sketchy goings on. Best bet is to avoid the few blocks between the train station and downtown all together and walk the well lit main avenues back to your hotel at night.

If needs must

Friendly and helpful staff but the hotel has seen better days. Ok if all you want is a room and buffet breakfast. The double bed was 2 singles pushed together with single sheets laid across the bed! Rooms on the front were very noisy around 06:00hrs, not too bad at night. No aircon so wouldn't stay in summer. Firedoors propped open on all floors. Bar appears to be permanently closed, nowhere to relax apart from bedroom, no other amenities at all.

Good value for money

Room was fine. Plenty of channels on the TV. Easy to find from the train station. We were very much left to your own devices. No Tea & Coffee in the bedroom - but that's reflected in the price.
