OK hotel in FrankfurtPosted Sep 2, 2014
Pros: Nice hotel receptionists, pretty good food.
Cons: Room accessibility, room cleanliness, sheets, carpets.
I was somewhat disappointed in my stay at this hotel. It definitely was not as cool or trendy as the pictures online depicted. The overall ambiance was dark and drury - like an underground cult! The first thing I noticed was that it was actually quite far from the places I wanted to be - a 10 minute walk to the train station, a 20-30 minute walk to the river and shopping areas. When I first entered, I was checked in and the interaction with the attendants went fine. They were very nice. However, I was carrying probably 50 lbs of luggage and had to travel through a treacherous MAZE to get to my room. It was dark in the hallways, and I had to walk out into a slippery wet veranda, up and down several different steps and stairs with twists and turns. Several of the steps were quite high and forced me to completely lift my luggage over them. I'm fit and young, but it was just plain exhausting. When I finally got to my room, I dropped everything and collapsed on one of the beds. There was yellowing on the sheets and pillows and green stains on the carpet. The room was extremely narrow and musty. I was extremely disappointed. On a better note, the breakfast was actually pretty good! There was a variety of things to eat at the buffet and I left content. It was a tolerable stay - but I will not be returning.

Nice hotelPosted Aug 25, 2014
Nice hotel, few underground stops away from the centre, Close to a petrol station and a supermarket. Only problem is that the double bed was made of two single beds.

Nice boutique hotel.Posted Aug 21, 2014
Pros: The price of this hotel is very good. The staff kept our bags for us while we travelled around Europe and we collected before going home to Australia
Cons: Checkout is at 11.30. Most other hotels in Frankfurt the checkout is 12.00.
Location: Good location. Supermarket across the road. Not a long walk to river and lovely eatery places.
We arrived on time and our rooms were available. They were small but comfortable and clean. Our stay was quiet and our needs were catered for.

Best valuePosted Aug 19, 2014
Good staff with good service. The room is a little small, but I found most of the European hotel's room is very small. Absolutely the price is very good. :( I spend more than 150 euros per night when we stay in Konstanz and Paris. Maybe it's not a tour city.

It was a nice stayingPosted Aug 3, 2014
Pros: Beds, Breakfast, location, bathrooms, room
Cons: rooms access
Location: You can have a walk around the hotel and try some restaurants near by, but also you can walk to the downtown or take the metro crossing the street
Hotel is well located close to a metro station and 10-15 min to the airport. Facilities are good. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding I found little uncomfortable my room location into the hotel as it was situated out of the main building, I had to take some stairs carrying a baby trolley...
