“Will Come Back”

In my last stay in Frankfurt I stayed in the Hessicher-Ho Hotel, and I will certainly stay again there.The room (which was in the renovated section) was wonderful. The service of the staff was kind and professional. The hotel has a special atmosphere due to the fact that it was previously a mansion of some sort. The only downside to the hotel, is if your not coming to a convention in the city, the location of the hotel is not optimal.

“Wonderful Hotel - Incredible Food & Service”

Lovely hotel near convention center. Easy access to underground. Room was very nice with excellent bath facilities and pleasant bedroom with seating area. Excellent service. A member of the Leading Hotels of the World chain and it belongs in this category.

“Outstanding hotel in Frankfurt”

My fiancee and I stayed at the Hessischer Hof for one night and were delighted with the experience. The hotel is a gem, with luxurious touches everywhere. The room was very comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast spread is impressive and delicious. Highly recommended!

“Stayed here twice”

I loved this place both times. It's comfortable and has many nice amentities. The breakfast buffet is huge and very good.

“Totally Spoiled”

This hotel prides itself on customer service from the moment you walk in the door. I was personally escorted to my room and advised of the hospitality suite that was open in the evenings. The Hessicher Hof offers a free mini bar and fruit in every room, a basketful of toiletries in the bathroom, a heated towel bar, and a Sudoku puzzle and the weather left on your bed each night. It's the little extras that make this hotel so amazing. The beds are quite firm, which is not my favorite, but I don't think I'll be able to stay anywhere else in Frankfurt again! Room service is 24 hours and Jimmy's Bar, in the basement of the hotel, is open until 4 AM every day. The hotel restaurant is very classy and serves great food too. Absolutley fantastic hotel!

A great place to stay if you want to splurge on a nice night. This hotel does 5 stars properly.

“Pleasant, hassle-free Hotel”

The Hotel is conveniently located - a pleasant ten minute walk from Frankfurt's Main Station or a short U-Bahn ride. The staff were friendly and the general level of service was high without being intrusive. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet with a free minibar and fruit bowl which were both restocked daily. In addition, I received complementary drinks on arrival. There was a sufficient amount of useful literature available about Frankfurt in my room - enough for the three days I spent in the city - including a decent map. I'd definitely stay again.

“Not your typical business hotel”

this is a very charming hotel with excellent service. It is much more personal than a giant business hotel. some touches I liked: Ice bucket was full when I arrived and filled each day; no charge for internet access; plate of fruit in the room at arrival was refreshed each day; complimentary cocktails and snacks each evening. Location is near the Messe/Festhall. Great place to stay if you are attending an event there.

“Great Value”

I stayed at the Hotel Hessischer Hof while in transit on a day layover in Frankfurt. This hotel is an excellent value. The room is very spacious, by European standards and there is a complimentary mini-bar. Service is outstanding. Better than staying by the airport.
