"Not Impressed"Posted Oct 28, 2010
Didn't pay for four stars and didn't get four stars. A three star hotel lacking any charm but convenient to the train station.

Great location in regards to public transportation. Listed as a 4 Star hotel....I'd say 2 star at best. The staff was patient and friendly. The "free wifi in public areas" was a PC at the front desk. Very outdated television in the room.

Good room, great location, just 100 meters from Subway stationPosted Nov 25, 2009 on Hotels.com
Good and clean room. Service was good but basic. No wireless internet. location is the most valuable asset of this hotel. If you only need a clean and safe place where to sleep, this is your place.

Good value with helpful staffPosted Jun 13, 2009 on Hotels.com
This hotel was a good value considering its proximity to the main railroad station and public transportation. The staff at the reception desk were courteous and extremely helpful.

DisappointedPosted Jul 16, 2008
This should be a 2-star hotel. Overpriced for its quality.

Masquerading as a 4 star!Posted Dec 16, 2007
The hotel had no welcoming atmosphere - a "mean" lobby. Had to ask for more towels -only 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel for 2 people. When they arrived they resembled pale grey card. Bathroom had large areas where tiles should have been at least re-grouted. Otherwise the room was satisfactory. Breakfast - congealed fried eggs oily Greek salads but plenty of bread, butter and jam. Only one lift - so we often had to share with piles of unwrapped linen on its way to the laundry. The "lounge" was a corner of the lobby with one sofa and a table, the "bar" was in the opposite corner with three stools. We have stayed in 3 or even 2 star hotels which were more welcoming. One good thing - very convenient position near the station. However, we still managed to enjoy the city and its beautiful Christmas markets.
