“excellent value ~ close to main station”

granted it is a block away from the seedy part of town but the hotel is clean with friendly & helpful desk attendants fluent in english ~ a breakfast is included ~ free internet terminal available in public area ~ my room 5th floor rear ~ no street noise ~ no complaints at all ~ easy to the train station & thus the rest of the world ~ an excellent ~ clean value

“back again”

i had business back in franfurt & made arrangements with this same hotel since i was familiar with it ~ was i surprised when i walked in 6 months after a 3 night stay to have the desk clerk recognize me ~ a very pleasant surprise ~ everything same same ~ staff friendly & willing to help whenever possible ~ clean safe convenient & cheap ~ works for me!

“Convient Location”

We occupied a three person room while we stayed at this hotel. When we arrived the staff was very friendly and accomodating. When we arrived in the room it was clean. The room was small but it was what we had expected. The room has no air conditioning but the hotel has a fan provided in the room. It was a little noisy during the night as I suspect that they may be a few clubs down the block, but the hotel is in such a good location (only half a block from the Main Train Station). Breakfast that was provided was simple but delicious. One thing to note is if you have a lot of large luggage that there isn't a lift and you have to take the stairs.

“Not bad for the Price”

The rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy.

“Nice Hotel”

The location of the hotel was close to the main train station. The room and bathroom were clean and pleasant. Continental breakfast in the morning was quite filling and pleasant.

“Needs work”

The hotel is on a street where I really don't want to be after dark.

“Not bad overall”

The bathroom and shareroom are real small. The bed is too soft. But it's clean. The breakfast is free. The location is convenient, two blocks from the main rail station. It does have a computer now for guest to access the internet. It is free of charge, located in the dining room. There are quite a few bars and Turkish eateries around the block.

“Affordable, but at what cost?”

My single room was small with very basic amenities. The window overlooked the S-bahn and a very busy street (Disco bars went late into the night). There was no air conditioning and I could not keep the window open due to the noise. My toilet was dirty, when I arrived. The staff was nice, the breakfast very simple. The street that the hotel sits on may not be safe for women traveling alone, at least at night. I was approached several times by men in groups and was also hissed at and "cat called". The hotel is secured by a locking front door that is unlocked by personnel each time a guest is admitted.

“Not impressed”

I needed two things only, a room with internet access and breakfast. I paid for both days internet access on arrival. OK in lobby, but not in my room. Refund was refused. Breakfast very basic. Not a place when you want to stay a substantial amount of time in the room in order to work. I would not return

“Not So Nice”

This is a ~very~ small cramped hotel. The rooms are small and the elevator is all of three feet square. There is no internet access other than a public computer in the lobby. Biggest complaint is the place absolutely reeks of Chinese food from the adjoining and open interior entry to a restaurant next door. It's on a noisy little street and the sound of trucks unloading below your window will wake you at 4am. I could not wait to leave.
