“Beware of the complimentary shuttle to the airport”

There is no possibility to call the hotel from the free phone at the "hotel shuttle" stop at the terminal, so you have to call from your cell phone. Then apparently you are supposed to book the shuttle 24 hours in advance (there is no mention about this in the hotel description), and if you didn't do it - this ends up being 20 euro taxi ride.

I was disappointment with the hotel for several reasons, including a) Contrary to its name, the hotel is not at Frankfurt airport. It's a good 10-20-minute drive from the airport (depending on traffic), which makes getting to and from the airport a separate task, especially, in early morning (the shuttle service starts at 7am). b) The hotel claims to be a 4–star establishment, which it is not by any stretch of imagination. For example, it doesn't have air conditioning, which can be a problem on a hot night. Also, the bathroom in my room didn't have standard amenities, such as shampoo, a shower cap, etc. c) Internet access pricing at the hotel (see screenshot attached) is simply ridiculous.
