“Very nice!”

The location was perfect. It was very close to the Main Train Station. The room was small but that is typical for Europe. I have no complaints at all. I highly recommend it.

“Cheap hotel for business traveller near main train station”

This hotel is really good price for Europe, is relatively comfortable, and is good location next to the Frankfurt main train station. Of course, because it is near the train station, the area is not as nice as Downtown. But depends what you are looking for (close to train station or downtown and price). The Internet stopped working half way during my trip, so that was a big inconvenience, but they happilly refunded the fees. The staff is really nice and helpful. My only complain about the hotel is that the a/c didn't seem to work correctly, so the room got really hot for no apparent reason.

“Friendly stuff”

I choose the hotel because of the location. Easy to reach anywhere. For the price you pay hotel is fair enough. Recomended for single travellers and for few day.

“Good hotel excellent location”

We booked this hotel to be central to go to the Christmas markets, little did we no that the hotel was opposite the train station and only10 minutes walk to the trasin station and was serviced by a number of trams. If anything the room did not have xtra blankets which were provided when requested. All and all good value for miney hotel. Would stay there again if we retuned to Frankfurt and would recommend as a place to stay in Frankfurt

“Good Location”

The hotel is situated in a good location - only a few minutes from the train station. The hotel was clean and the room was cleaned and towels changed on a daily basis. The only downside is the noise from the trams outside when the windows/doors are left open. The air conditioning did not work properly so was very hot at night.

“Not impressed”

Whilst the Hotel Leonardo is clean and well maintained, we did not expect a 'comfort room' to be a room situated at the front of the hotel where the trams pass by from very early in the morning. The hotel is also situated right next door to a nightclub, and we were woken during the early hours of the morning with people singing and shouting outside which continued until 7.00 a.m. We only stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting relatives and because of the constant noise we had very little sleep. Anyone staying at this hotel should make sure that their room is not at the front of the hotel and is not a called a Comfort Room - it is like sleeping on the platform of Liverpool Street Station! It is, however, very well situated being close to all amenities.

“Not Impressed at all”

Reception staffs are really friendly but the quality of the cleanliness is ZERO. I had to change my room twice. I sure that the cleaning staff did not clean the bathroom or anything else a part from just doing the bad and may be hovering. I have seen the same finger print and body hair in the bathroom from the first day I have moved in until the last day I have left (4 days in total).

“Room Fine, Neighborhood terrible”

The hotel itself was fine, but the screaming drunks on the street and the police sirens kept me awake at least until 4am.
