“Great Frankfurtian Hotel”

This hotel was superbly located - very close to the main Romer district and right on a tram line. Felt very secure walking around although didn't have to do so at night. Breakfast quality very good and great variety, although did run out of tasty bits 20mins before the breakfast room shut! Probably my own fault! Hotel room was airy and big for European standards. Windows opened - which I prefer so I can get some clean air in the room. Had a minibar and TV. Would deifnatley stay there again - very modern, chic and clean.....very important!

Staff were all very friendly. Found it excellent value for money and in an ideal location for the Christmas market.

Very clean and comfortable, especially considering the low price. Breakfast was better than average as well (and served till 11, good for those who sleep it :)) Barely a 10 minute walk from the Haupbahnhof. Would definitely stay there again.

Close to everything. The best choice for breakfast food I have seen for this price hotel. the staff all spoke English and were friendly and helpful..Will stay there again for sure.

very good hotel , just outside the main nightlife area - staff where very helpfull as lufthannsa ground staff where on strike & was nothing to much trouble to find if my flight was delayed or not only thing is breakfast area a bit to small when full of guests

“Near Willy Brandt Square”

Upon arrival from airport, we had concerns about the location. When asked for a local restaurant, we were referred to 2 in the next block. This was the corner of the Willy Brandt Square with the HUGE euro blue E with stars. Later we walked in the same direction for about 4 blocks to the Romer Square with half-timbered houses, restored sminary and great shops. The catherdral was a short distance beyond the square.

“great place”

great breakfast. hard boiled eggs, meat, yogurt, cereal, juices, breads, pastries, salmon - good for meat eaters and vegans. Hearty enough to sustain the morning. Free breakfast, and free wifi make it a bargain: no additional or hidden charges.

“Practical Business Hotel”

The service at the Memphis was good. I found the desk staff to be friendly and helpful. It is in the center of the city and and the ride from the airport took about 15 minutes. The rooms are comfortable and come with a minibar and cable tv and most importantly a desk fan. The wireless internet is conveniently available with a code from the reception and the bandwidth is ample. The bathroom was a tad bit on the smaller side but I think this is typical of European budget hotels. The cable TV has only 2 english channels which are CNN and BBC but an English Bloomberg or CNBC would be a welcome addition as a dedicated business channel. The breakfast has good variety and the coffee was superb! A good business hotel if a traveller is on an economy budget since you are close to the exhibition halls and the main train station. I would strongly consider this hotel on a repeat visit if I had to.
