Great service!
I think the parking was free.... :s The service was superb. We didn't book in advance enough to ger to double beds, so we had a bed and a sofa bed. The biggest kid 14y/o, 6'1" and 180lbs found it a little uncomfortable...but whaddya gonna do? My 9 y/o left his stuffed toy there, the staff set it aside for us to claim, so thankful. Best location, close for shopping Centre, metro and highway , calm and peaceful area. The staff were great, helpful and friendly. Miss suleema( the spilling might be wrong) Was a very good, kind and helpful with us.

Overpriced for the quality of room
Toilet really needs some deep cleaning, looks like bus station toilet. The plastic curtain for shower also a disaster if you are not small person. Almost 200 euros per night for a room without fridge, coffee machine, etc is just ridiculous. Bed was ok, but most room are 2 single beds together, little space.

I've spent several days on two occasions there and I have to say... excellent staff, great people. For what it is in terms of facilities they for sure make the best out of it. Front Office to House Keeping, Breakfast Crew to the fabulous Restaurant ( waiters and chefs). amazing. Literally no complaints...will go back there next chance I get. Cheers to everyone working there!

It was horrible
A man who working at reception desk is really really rude. He was terrible! I would say he did discriminaron. Room condition was normal but there was some bugs in my room so I suffer hard time to sleep because they bite me. In addition breakfast was really expensive but there was no something special! I do not stay here again

We were there for 2 nights and kids really enjoyed it. The only negative was that the swimming pool was looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for sometime.

The breakfast offered was OK with some good choices. The breakfast staff was unfriendly and not welcoming. The reception staff was exceptional and the hotel has a nice pool area and a very nice bar and bar service staff.

In my opinion, the standard of food is poor, definitely room for improvement. The nearest restaurants are a good 15-20 minute walk away.

Lower your expectations
The check-in was quick and they were friendly and helpful. Definitely 4-star service. Rooms are small but clean. A little underwhelming. But the restaurant lacked!!! We were not noticed when we went in to the restaurant. We seated ourselves. We got up and got our own menus. Finally our order was taken. They were short staffed but the restaurant wasn't busy and they couldn't handle it. Our waiter didn't come by to check on us if we wanted anything else and in the end we had to flag him down for every little thing. We observed we were not the only ones that were ignored and had to wait endlessly. For the life of me I don't know why this hotel has a four star rating.

I didnt spend much time at the hotel but i believe ut has a outdoor pool. Generally i enjoyed the stay. A car will be needed in that area.

Very dated uncomfortable room.
Very dated hotel not usual standard of this brand. Bed uncomfortable with tiny single duvet and one tiny wafer thin pillow on a king bed? Bathroom tiny very bad plastic shower enclosure over the bath, with a towel rail so dangerous you cannot use shower without towel rail catching my back. Taxis in the morning were a shambles even though hotel orderd for me using my room number it was a free for all. Very disappoint would not stay or recomend

A decent hotel if you need to be in Eschborn.
There are three Mercure Hotels in Eschborn and two in this street - this confused my taxi driver and my colleague who was picking me up. So beware of this. The hotel is fine if you need to be in Eschborn but the neighbourhood is dead in the evening and a business park in the day. There seemed to be quite a few tourist groups in the hotel which were a little noisy in the evening. Breakfast is nothing special but adequate.

we only stayed a few nights as we were visiting my brother who lives over there. The hotel is lovely and the comfort is good. We were lucky to have the train station near us, It was worrying in the dark walking thro the alley and field. The young boys loved the bath, an extra towel would have been handy. I would stay in the Mercure again.
