“Great hotel BUT...............”

Well positioned, clean, very expensive breakfast, pillows so thick as to be unuseable, staff great. I would go back except for the pillows-ouch!!!

“Convenient , Clean, and Inexpensive”

I found the the Motel One on Prinzenstrasse to be very clean and comfortable and room rates very reasonable. Furnishing in the room was modern and might be somewhat stark for some people, but I found it refreshing and "very Berlin." The staff were helpful and friendly, and most had a good command of English. There was a good variety at breakfast, though it was continental style, with hardish-boiled eggs the only real cooked breakfast choice available. Location is convenient, only about 50 m walk from the Moritzplatz U-bahn station (on U8 line), which connects in a few stops at Alexanderplatz with the useful U2 line and with surface (S) trains. A short walk from Prinzenstrasse along Oranienstrasse takes one to a variety of restaurants.

“Helped Make My First Visit to Frankfurt a Good One”

The Hotel Kaiserhof staff was friendly and helpful to this first-time American tourist. The room was very nice and the rate was excellent! The Kaiserhof could not have been more conveniently located! A short 3-minute walk to the Hauptbahnhof (Main Train Station) for easy access to the Airport -- and anywhere else in Germany! A short 10-minute walk to downtown shopping, the historical sights (e.g., Paulskirche, Goethehaus), the Romer (Old Town), the Main river walk -- you name it! Granted, the hotel's neighborhood -- the Kaiserstrasse -- has some questionable establishments, but they're easily ignored. But I felt safe walking down the street day on night, and so apparently did all the other pedestrians around me (including women). When in Frankfurt, do as the Frankfurters do...

This hotel always serves us well. It is near the train station and has an Australian restaurant directly across the street. The staff is friendly. This year I needed a doctor and they called for me and found a taxi to take me there. Good place to stay after an exhausting trip from California.

The Hotel is near the main railways Station, about 3 minutes from it. Staying in an startegic Location where one can nove to any part of the city very easy. The reception service is efficient and very friendly. the roon is sufficieny large and very clean. Internet Connection is available (against Payment). Telephone and Fax are available. Will put this Hotel on my Hotel List and return there when I am again in Frankfurt. MMR

We were thrilled to stay here. Well-situated near the railway station, this hotel was a very convenient place to stay. the service was exceptionally good. All staff were friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally good. It was spacious and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend it to others.

“Great deal for the money”

I booked this hotel on very short notice after we were stranded in Frankfurt. The front desk people were very helpful. I did have a lot of trouble connecting my laptop with the wireless and ended up using the onsite computer, which was very slow. Seems like free wireless should be a given these days in hotels (had to pay either way). Location was convenient to train station and walking into the city. The beds were very comfortable, the room was large by European standards, and the hotel was quiet.
