The hotel is in good condition when I walked in, but the reception told me they were overbooked, over 30 rooms!!! Sure they have arranged a nice hotel very close, but it is such bad management, I can not believe it!

It’s in the middle of large corporate offices. Not much going on at night. Many food areas are inside these large buildings so it’s hard when you look at your phone to determine exactly where a certain restaurant is located. Other than that it’s a very nice hotel with taxis right outside.

Convenient hotel in Frankfurt close to airport. Quiet and comfortable. The breakfast is outstanding. I would recommend.

Parking is very expensive. When I went back to lobby for towel request, they told me I had free use of minibar. The person who checked me in didn’t tell me that. Mixed helpfulness of staf. Housekeeping was great. Reception was hit and miss.

I was assigned a room with a malfunctioning air conditioner, and throughout my stay, both the hotel staff and their communication with Expedia were consistently untruthful. Despite my request, they declined to relocate me to another room. Furthermore, they eventually confessed to their habit of dishonesty. The hotel emits an unpleasant odor, and there's inadequate ventilation. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

When I checkin reception was very friendly checked! Came to Room it was used Bed sheets and not ready room was! I called housekeeping they changed the bed sheets I waited and the room! After a long Fliight I was tired! Not sleeper no theeth brush no soap when I asking housekeeper the told me come to reception take it please! It was no service! Breakfast was so nice!

We stayed for one night cause we had an early flight the next morning. We called the reception several times cause we needed an iron but there was no answer so we had to walk to the reception to request an iron. We’re told it’ll be brought to the room. It never came. Called the receptionist again to request for the iron and they said that house keeping wasn’t there. Frustrating. We had to wear wrinkled clothes to the airport. And they don’t validate parking. Parking is €5 and hour, we had to pay €45

Hotel location is perfect.just front of skyplaza shopping mall. Walking distance to the city centrt is arround 15 minutes. Toilets arent well maintained. Shower head was rusty and old. Room was clean

Good stay
Good stay though I was barely spending a few hours here. Nice clean, comfortable and centrally located hotel. Right opposite is the mall which has all necessities available and is a great place to spend a couple of hours. Public transport as well as the central station is walkable. Nothing less than what you expect from the Movenpick brand.

7 day business trip
I stayed at the Movenpick for 7 nights for work as we were exhibiting at the Messe. My stay was great, had breakfast every morning and the food was always fresh. The staff were all very friendly and happy to help especially the reception staff and also a special mention for Allhan the bar man who was excellent. The only negative I had was the the bed sheets were only changed once in the 7 days stay. It would of been better to change them every other day i think.

This is a good hotel, but when I stayed it was understaffed. In the bar, restaurant and front desk things were slow. No fault of the staff, just not enough of them.

Comfortable stay and helpful staff
Very friendly and accommodating staff. Comfortable and quiet room as requested (not super large but very comfortable). Restaurant services limited at the moment but very helpful bar staff. On-site parking was easy but quite expensive.

I liked the staff. They were friendly, competent and informative. I did not like the fact that the wifi connection was intermittent. It would have been nice to have a shuttle from the hotel to the airport.

This time it was disappointing
Unfortunately it was not as clean as the last years. For me disappointing experience, especially if I consider the price. Also breakfast and lunch was very disappointing. Food was not really fresh. Canteen food on lower level.
