空港ターミナル2まで歩いて20分ほどで周りは何も無し。値段の割に、サービスが充実していない。 ベッドは広くて寝心地が良い。

Disappointed

Pros: Location and cleanliness.
Cons: Communication...they had no record of me requesting a twin bed room...even though I had a copy of the letter where they had replied.Internet was poor.
Location: Fly out of Frankfurt Airport
I wrote and requested 2 beds. When we got there, we were told there were no 2 bed rooms available. They did bring us a roll away bed but that meant the room was very very cramped.

Cons: Make the hotel a little less spartan. There weren't even the usual provided toiletries in the bathroom.
Location: Near Frankfurt airport and handy for overnight stays.
This hotel meets minimum standards for an overnight stay before catching a morning flight. But, there are nicer, better, and maybe lower priced ones in the locale. The staff was pleasant, efficient, and helpful.

ホテルのシャトルバスですが、当日は宿泊客が多く、8人乗りバスに乗り切れず待たされている方が多くいた。 帰りのバスはチェックイン時に乗車予定時間を聞かれバスの料金(行き無料、帰り4ユーロ)を支払い予約。 部屋はとても新しくてキレイ。でも、冷蔵庫がないので冷やさないといけない飲み物等は要注意。 Wi-Fiは快適。

A business hotel with a nice feel to it

Staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast and room service food were of a very high quality. Small but nice and clean gym with enough equipment to work up a sweat.

The wait staff was very rude and the hotel charges 4 Euro for a ride to the Airport. If they bill themselves as an airport hotel, the shuttle should not cost anything and it was not big enough to hold everyone. My business partner had to hire a cab to get to his plane!

Kein 4-Sterne Hotel

- Internet im Hotel hat nicht funktioniert - Für den Pendelbus zum Flughafen musste man 4 Euro zusätzlich bezahlen - Garagenplatz kostet weitere 24 Euro, Parkplätze am Hotel auf der Strasse nicht vorhanden - Zweiter Aufzug defekt, somit kein Zugang mit dem Aufzug zur Parkgarage möglich

Lieber Daniel, vielen Dank für Ihren Besuch in unserem Haus und Ihre Bewertung. Es ist korrekt, dass unser Aufzug zur Tiefgarage zur zeit defekt ist. Leider dauert die Beschaffung des kaputten Gegenstandes etwas länger als angenommen. Aus Sicherheitsgründen ist demnach der Aufzug abgestellt worden. Gerne können Gäste auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nutzen, um an den Flughafen zu gelangen. Eine Bushaltestelle ist nur 50 Meter vom Hotel gelegen. Convenient, dog friendly hotel by airport

We stayed with out 2 dogs for 1 night. Hotel staff is very helpful. Parking is not for free, but you can park in garage where car is safe. Dog fee is reasonable. Food from restaurant was delicious. Breakfast was fantastic. There is plenty of space in the back of the hotel for the dogs to run and play. We could not hear any noise from the airport, unless we opened the window. Got a great nights sleep. All in all a great stay.
