The perfect place to stay at the airport!Posted Feb 25, 2014
Pros: Modern decor, friendly staff, great facilities in the room - perfect!
Cons: Perhaps clearer instructions/timetable at the shuttle point at Terminal 2 as to when the buses arrive and leave for the hotel?
Location: Handy for the airport!
Very handy for Terminal 2 at the airport, the shuttle bus is only 4 euros for the return transfer and the bus leaves every 30 mins both from the hotel and the terminal. You pay for the shuttle at the hotel and they give you a token to give to the driver. The staff were very friendly and the facilities in the room are great. Whilst the rooms have no mini bars, the bar was open until late and there are vending machines in the corridors. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room along with complimentary water and the bathroom was filled with all the toiletries you would need including a toothbrush and shaving kit. I never had breakfast at the hotel but the restaurant looked nice and the choice on the room service menu was quite comprehensive. Even though the hotel is literally a stone's throw from terminal two, my room was silent - no disturbance from flights at all, which was a very pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay again!

Pros: The staff was great, the shuttle took me when and where I needed to be. There was a fitness room, and it met the needs for a short overnight stay.
Cons: i don't know based upon it's location etc., that there is anything that could be improved
Location: Except for the airport there is nothing near by. Stuck with eating at the hotel.
The hotel served its purpose excellently, spending the night before the flight. The hotel personnel were excellent, the room was a little more than a shoe box, but adequate. No clock in the room, but this seemed common in Germany. There was nothing near the hotel to eat or visit, it was strickley a convenience for the airport. The shuttle was timely and comfortable. some friends wanted to pick me up for a visit, but the hotel was difficult if not impossible to find. Again, it served its purpose of sleeping before an early flight. If i had known of the lack of activity near the hotel i would have checked in later.

Airport hotel stay onlyPosted Dec 4, 2013
This hotel is fine for a quick overnight stay to preposition yourself to the Frankfurt airport. I would not stay here any longer than I had to. The appearance of the hotel was not very nice - especially for being fairly new. Hallways were scummy looking. Rooms were fair. Hotel staff was fine - nobody really going out of their way to make you feel welcome. Everything about this place was fair at best.

Not exactly what was advertisedPosted Nov 18, 2013
Courtesy van doesn't run every 1/2 hour as advertised. Had to call several times to be picked up & surprise! Courtesy van only goes 1 way. Must call cab to get back to airport & pay. Free internet next to impossible to access. Adequate place to stay for 10 hour layover. Front desk people were less than warm but this may be typical of German hospitality at Frankfurt airport.

Comfortable & Clean.Posted Oct 11, 2013
Near the airport and meets all basic needs. Nothing more to add. Nice that there is a very basic internet option for free.

Close to Airport, BUTPosted Oct 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
Thought the food in the hotel was overpriced. And the service was super slow. But the #1 reason I will never stay there again is. I was charged over 10 dollars for my wife and I to ride the airport shuttle. A total distance under half a mile. And the lazy van driver would not load or unload our bags. Since I work in the travel industry, I have stayed at hundreds of hotels all over the world. I HAVE NEVER BEEN CHARGED TO RIDE TO THE AIRPORT! Do not stay at this hotel.

Price is the only reason to choose this hotelPosted Jul 9, 2013
Pros: The room itself was great; quiet, and with an excellent mattress.
Cons: no real soap or shampoo, just liquid "soap" dispensers; eat at the hotel only if you are desperate; a little training on customer service might help
Location: There is nothing of interest anywhere near this hotel, no food nearby either.
Good luck getting there via their shuttle. In July 2013, few of the many shuttle pick-up locations at the airport had any mention of this hotel. I finally found ONE shuttle stand which had a paper note about this hotel taped to the listings of hotels. Once I found the paper note I had to walk over a mile from one end of the airport to the other in order to get to this hotel's one-and-only pick-up location. Even if you can determine where to catch the shuttle I recommend that walk inside the terminal rather than outside. The Frankfurt airport seems to require that all staff smoke tobacco. Thankfully, EU laws now forbid smoking inside, but this means that the airport staff, hundreds of them, smoke where passengers pick up cabs and shuttles. This street is no model of German cleanliness either. The meal at the hotel was terrible, and the dining room service was even worse. That said, once I passed though the gauntlet of getting to the hotel and dealing with its humorless, customer-is-always-wrong staff, I found the room itself very clean, quiet, and comfortable. By the way, I speak fluent German, so my disappointment with the staff was not caused by language misunderstandings. On the contrary, I might have been less disappointed had I not understood the nuances of the staff's language. That said, when I checked in and out I had to listen to angry confrontations English speaking guests had with the desk staff, so perhaps I was better off speaking German after all.
