“Nice business hotel, close from Messe.”

This is a nice business hotel with confortable rooms with great bathroom and in nice conditions. Staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is fun, small, but nicely located. The food & beverage are very pricy and due to the horel location there is no easy alternative. Breakfast at 25 Euro.... Bottle of water at 9.5Euro! You can access to City center by tram (30 min) and taxi. Location is ok if you go to the Fair (15 min walk), but be aware there is not much around this hotel.

“Business Hotel”

The Hotel is located outside of the downtown area so you couldn't just walk for any site seeing. The bus was not convenient and if you wanted to go any place you had to get a taxi. The staff was terrific and the only weird thing was that the bed had a fitted sheet on the bottom and no top sheet. They gave you 2 comforters which were too heavy to use. But saying that, the hotel is beautiful, just not centrally located for site seeing.

This hotel was very nice and very clean. The staff were very accomodating. The only issue we had was that there was no drawer space to put your clothes and the closet was so small you couldn't fit more than 3-4 items in it. Other than that we were there for business and it was a great location very close to the Messe.

“Too small rooms”

Room Chick type was really small. Closet could contain max 2 suits and window between room and bathroom was really odd. Breakfast very good. Location OK if Messe is your main aim.

“One Night in Frankfurt”

The service quality was to the required standard and in fact, it is more than what you pay for. The staff were friendly and the terrace beside the bar is beautiful to be in when the weather is cool.

Basically a very nice hotel but quite a long way from the townn centre. Also long check out queue in the morning

“Businesslike but can be better”

Nice hotel with good service. Restaraunts in this are overpriced however although the food in the seafood restaurant was very nice. The shower mixer in the room was broken and therefore was either too hot or too cold (no bath). The swimming pool is too small to swim in, even with the current machine. The sauna and steam rooms are nice however.

“Hit and miss service levels”

I work in the service industry and I know your only as good as your weakest link. This is true of the SAS Rad in frankfurt. Most disapointing the poor service was from reception staff who you normaly expect high levels of traing in service. i don't usualy quibble with one persons 'bad day' but I was served by three different people all had very poor listening skills and were less than patient with my quite simple request. One lady even told me to "shush a moment while i look on the screen for the information" pain in the a*** some customers can be i'm sure and may be i was, but I don't think I deserved that.
