Right on the airportPosted Apr 27, 2015
convenience for arrival and departure ,but not worth for the money we spent for room and breakfast because the hotel breakfast start too late after our early morning flight.

Great location if you just need a nap.Posted Apr 26, 2015
Pros: Location to airport and Taverne Restaurant. Had the Bratwurst and ordered a Schnitzel from upstairs. Drank Fruh Kolsch beer. It was great.
Cons: Rooms need renovation. Bar needs to stay open until 2 AM. At €13 a drink how do you close with 35 people having fun in your bar? Bad business
Location: Attached to the airport. Somewhat of a prisoner of the hotel and their high food and beverage prices. Only escape is airport bars or take the SBahn
Stayed here years ago and loved the place. I had one night to kill in Frankfurt so thought lets stay again. Big mistake. The hotel is run down and dated. The room rate good, food price bad. The room we had needed to be painted. The bed was hard as a rock and very plain in this age where most hotels give you a nice pillow top. Couldnt get the TV to work, we had to get maintenance to come up and explain that you have to hold the number 1 for 30 seconds to turn the TV on. What? I should have guessed that. The bars all close at 11 PM. What are they thinking, a hotel bar in a 24 hour airpoort should be open late. There were 35 people in the bar spending money and they closed at 11. Bar service was brutal, indifferent (Lemons and Limes). Several times we had to order our drinks twice. One bright spot was "The Taverne Restaurant" This is down one level so you have to go looking for it but very charming place with great staff. Really cool selection of Beer from all regions of Germany. Food was excellent. We wanted something that wasnt on the menu and they ordered it from the upstairs restaurant for us. Check in staff were great and very speedy. The rooms are very dated with 1990 carpet and beds that just arnt up to par in the age of hotel luxury. I would have expected more from a Sheraton. Location is great if you need a quick place to flop between flights but if you have a whole night and are looking for some fun, take the time to head into the city. Boring hotel, boring room.

good location but needs a working telephone systemPosted Apr 18, 2015
Pros: Location and Bar
Cons: telephone system is junk
Restaurant and bar were great. Room was clean and spacious but the telephone did not work and even after i visited the front desk to ask that it be repaired, they did nothing. Very disappointing. I could not even have a wake-up call.

Worst Sheraton experiencePosted Apr 11, 2015
I stayed in the coldest room ever. I went back dowstairs to concierge to notify them that heater was not working, they responded with....give it some time to warm up. Long story short, it never did and I caught a cold as a result.

Nice hotel at the Frankfurt airportPosted Apr 7, 2015
Pros: The location, the facilities, and the staff.
Cons: The internet access in the rooms.
Location: The airport and the city of Frankfurt
The most important property of this hotel is the location. Additionally, rooms are large, clean, and the staff is very helpful.

Comfortable hotel close to the airport.Posted Mar 31, 2015
Pros: See above
Cons: The breakfast, vast and excellent, was nonetheless VERY expensive.
Location: Go to the airport or take a train.
I met there with American friends. We all appreciated the quiet rooms, the help given us by the Sheraton's 'guest relations' as well as the German restaurant in the basement.
