“Great stay out of the main city”

This was an amazing hotel at a decent price! Though not in Frankfurt, the train station was about 100 m from the front door and only took 15 minutes to downtown Frankfurt! Go here to get the most hotel money you can!

“Wonderful hotel right in the center of Offenbach”

I traveled with my wife, mother, and 4 daughters to visit family. We stayed in the suite (2 rooms) and a regular room with two twin beds. The rooms were clean and spacious, had comfortable beds, and the air-conditioning worked perfectly. The bathrooms were great: there were clean, soft towels that were sufficient in number. There are refrigerators in each room, and the suite had two of them and two bathrooms, which is great for traveling with kids. They didn’t offer an in-room coffee maker, but you could ask for hot water in the lobby. The lobby has free access to wireless internet and computers connected to a printer. The service is quick and efficient; the front desk staff members speak English, and are very friendly and helpful. Our rate did not include breakfast, yet I noticed that the dining room is very nice and had a buffet with a large variety of foods. If you travel with kids, it may be cheapest to have breakfast at the hotel. Unfortunately there was not a pool, but there was a sauna and my daughters enjoyed the fitness center very much. If you rent a car, parking is expensive and there is no free street parking. The location in the center in Offenbach provides plenty of shopping centers and restaurants, but not very much nightlife. Fortunately, the underground to Frankfurt is only within a few steps away, and the trip takes about 15 minutes to Frankfurt center for 2.5 Euros one way per adult. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

“Comfortable Setting”

The Hotel is conveniently located to a good mix of restaurants, local shopping district and transportation. However, very limited night life. Only a few blocks walk to the river, and the surrounding garden is kept beautifully. The staff at the Hotel are friendly, and security seems adequate. Only disappointment was the hours of food service/bar were limited.

“Nice but not very nice housekeeping”

The hotel was really good. People are very friendly and its location is really convinient to almost every traveller visiting frankfurt. It has a small shopping area nearby and some nice restaurants are a walking distance from the hotel. My only concern was about the house keeping.. the lady used to take my own tea mugs that i got with me everyday!! and i used to keep searching for them and get them back from their storage! which was quite weird.. Also the cleaning wasnt that good, which is also a problem in the housekeeping. Other than that the hotel was an excellent choice.

“Good, but pricey”

The hotel was extremely nice and perfect for our night in Frankfurt. However, expensive parking, and internet took away from the overall experience. The shower / bathroom was fantastic, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were helpful.

“Breakfast”

I was very satisfied with the hotel but surprised to learn breakfast was not included and breakfast cost is 22 Euro per day. I learned this at check out. Since my breakfast is typically very light, ie fruit and coffee, there should be some options, and I should have been informed of the cost of breakfast at check in.

“Low price room, high price services”

Local service prices such as morning breakfast, local calls, and internet connectivity are too high.

“never go bacck.”

Terrible experience.Rip off for every single features in hotel.They even charge for $60 for a convertor that I forgot to return which is only $5 at the shop.Parking is so expensive for hotel customers.Never ever go back again...
