Wonderful stay! Friendly and helpful staff, excellent dinner and bar, clean room. What I loved the most about this place is that the room had a ceiling fan, coffee maker, and fridge! The only thing missing is a microwave, but I'm not complaining. These other amenities alone would convince me to choose Mercure over anyone else!

Prompt customer service especially in regards to the free shuttle serivce (which was a life saver). Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and an amazing brunch. Wonderful and charming hotel!

Nice stay with good view of sunset from balcony
Service was good as we needed luggage hold when we arrived before check-in. Dinner was nice at the restaurant, didn't use the buffet as it looked too crowded for breakfast or dinner.

We liked the free shuttle to and from the Frankfurt airport. Once we arrived, the place and staff were very welcoming. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds we ever slept in. We would definitely stay here again the next time we need a hotel in the area.

We were pleasantly surprised by the condition and quality of the hotel. The interior is nicely furnished and well maintained. The hotel is conveniently located for access to Frankfurt International Airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will stay again if needing a night's stay before a flight!

Good hotel but far from airport and city. Ok for winter stay as it is only equipped with heating For summer it is terrible even if you keep window open. I could not sleep whole night. Quickly changed my hotel. Environment is good service excellent.

Nice hotel - but a little hot.
Hotel was nicely appointed. However, the lack of air conditioning was a big negative. It was an unusually hot day (about 35 degrees C) when we were there, so this would not be an issue most of the time. It would have been handy to have electrical outlets near the bed. The hotel restaurant is the only food option within walking distance. Restaurant hours are limited. Menu is a little limited and a little on the high-price side. Overall a good hotel. I would consider staying there again.

1. Nowhere to sit at airport during long wait for shuttle bus. 2. Only two power outlets in room to charge electronic devices. 3. No food available on late arrival. (But the Riesling was delicious.)

Great location and friendly, helpful staff. Good selection of food for breakfast, happy with all the choices. Would highly recommend this hotel as room was very comfortable and also the team at hotel helped us with transport shuttle to and from airport which was excellent.

Hotel advertises free shuttle to/from airport. It requires 48 hrs reservation for a small 7 seater shuttle but does not confirm (more than a week before). Randomly assigned to a later one (than requested) which was also cancelled and had to wait more than 2 hrs before pick up. Shuttle for drop off at airport was reserved (as requested more than a week before) and was assigned 1hr earlier which meant more than 3 hrs wait at airport. Hotel is old and average. Half an hour drive from airport in the middle of nowhere. Long wait at the restaurant. Would not recommend.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. First of all it's close to the tram station which takes you to the city centre in about 30mins. We were in Frankfurt for a fair and all hotel in the centre were booked but it was relatively easy to get to this hotel. We didn't realise that there was a restaurant at the hotel as we would have eaten here. Area is very quiet. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped with pretty decor. Will definitely be back

Old style but pretty clean. Shuttle bus to pickup from the airport need to book 48 hrs in advance, impossible! Too hot room even switched off all the heaters, could not sleep well. Very friendly and helpful reception and the manager. Dinner served very well.

Great hotel. I wish there were small size soaps, shampoo conditioner, and lotion. There was only shampoo and soap. However, everything else was great!

Considering this is an airport hotel, reception staff was totally unsympathetic to our needs and we felt completely let down. Getting a taxi was complicated and the reception showed zero understanding toward our concerns of getting to our flight on time. Taxi was late and on arrival at the airport tried to charge us more than the tariff given by reception, refused to take card payment, and was unbelievably rude. Worse taxi to airport experience I've ever had.

Even though I booked the hotel one day before they didn’t want to provide a free airport shuttle saying that it has to be precooked three days in advance. The ground floor parking lot view room was very noisy.

Dear Mr. Avenash,Many thanks for taking the time to complete our online Guest Satisfaction Survey following your most recent stay with us here at the Frankfurt Airport Langen hotel.I was very sorry to hear that it was not possible to use our shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. We do need some advance reservation as we have one shuttle bus with 8 seats. The service we offer is from 6 am until 22:30. In order not to have ppl wait to long or double book we require a pre reservation, so the longest waiting time is about one hour. - For your next stay, pls let us know in advance, also that you receive a room on the higher level.
