Staff rude, towels were wet and used.Posted Sep 12, 2014
Cons: Clean the rooms, provide fresh towel for guests, tell your staff that customer requests, such as asking for taxis, are not unreasonable.
Location: some snack bars nearby
Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Woman at reception rolled her eyes and stared at the ceiling when i asked to book a taxi. The bedding had hairs in it, the floor was sticky and the towels in the bathroom were wet. I had to use a face towel to have a wash. Sink leaked onto the floor and the shower door had slid out of its guides.

Stylish and comfortable hotel near HauptbahnhofPosted Aug 24, 2014
Pros: Location and decor.
Cons: Rooms clean but noticed some mouldy areas around bath screen - maybe management need to check cleaning more carefully.
Location: Walk to Romer and Ziel about 10 minutes. Stadel Museum also 10 minutes. Lots of other museums in same location. Hauptbahnhof less than 5 minutes.
Very pleased with our 2 night stay at the Victoria Hotel in Frankfurt. Excellent superior room with good decor. Very central so quite noisy at night but ok by midnight. Good breakfast pleasant and helpful staff.

Rember KaiserstraBe.Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: Lovely central hotel. Great staff. Great breakfast. Room clean & comfortable.
Location: River Main. Zeil surround by sights.
Remember KaiserstraBe. Airport get S8/S9 train (4.35 euro) to central station HBF. Main exit cross road to KaiserstraBe. 2 minutes Victoria hotel on the right. 5 mins to river Main. 10 mins to Zeil (Sunday Zeil not open makes city centre like a ghost town) Use Google map & switch GPS on, you can't get lost. Nightime get to KaiserstaBe then back to hotel. Red light ? that's TaunusstraBe to avoid. Perfect city break. Walkable or trains if your lazy.

Amazing stopover hotel while in FrankfurtPosted Aug 14, 2014
Pros: proximity, cleanliness, modern
Cons: the wifi code to work on multiple devices
Location: shops, bars, restaurants, quick 5-10 min walk to the Main Tower observation deck.
After a long day of travelling and finally making my way to the hotel, I was overly excited to check in. My expectations were met and exceeded upon check in and everything about the hotel. Free wifi, great clean modern rooms, good breakfast included, etc...If i travel back to the Frankfurt area, I will def stay here again.

Cosy hotel, easily accessiblePosted Aug 3, 2014
Pros: Cosy and comfortable.
Cons: The rooms are slightly small but ok if it's just for a couple.
Location: Accessible and easy to find food!
I like how the hotel is within walking distance from the train station and have nearby restaurants, cafes and bakeries where we can grab breakfast and dinner! We managed to find our way to the Main river as well which was a beautiful morning walk to take!

Excellent location near train stationPosted Aug 3, 2014
The hotel was great. I had to change my original room due to it smelling of cigarette smoke, despite being a non-smoking room. Staff were happy to make the change. Room was spacious, modern and excellent. Hotel is located in a bustling part of Frankfurt so not for those looking for a quiet, old town feel.

No parkingPosted Aug 2, 2014
Pros: Breakfast, location, staff.
Cons: Air conditioning, Maintenance needs to check rooms to make sure everything works.
Location: Great restaurants and shops.
The hotel has a great location, close to interesting shops, and the train station. The problem is parking. There are only street parking spots and you have to add 3 Euros an hour, every hour before 5PM. After 5 PM and before 8AM the street parking is free. The city is so busy there, there are no other good parking options. Other than that the free breakfast was absolutely awesome. The staff was wonderful. No real air conditioning and our shower backed up a little, but we reported it and they wanted to fix the shower. It is an old building so I don't think there is any air conditioning. The room was comfortable and the bathroom had been recently redone.
