“better than I expected”

Location was great to get to cross country skiing locations and had Greenfield and Amherst nearby for restaurants, entertainment, etc. Actually had good restaurants that you could walk to from hotel. Really liked having microwave and refrigerator in room. Hallways smell a little smoky/old. Overall was pleasantly surprised with stay and would definitely return!

“reasonably priced, but plan on going out for breakfast”

A reasonably priced, reasonably clean motel room. We stayed for three nights to attend the Green River music festival, which is almost within walking distance. We could have used a change of towels, and the continental breakfast was laughable. The desk clerks had to be asked tor restock items at the breakfast bar such as coffee, syrup for the waffles, and bagels, and even then they didn't notice other items that were getting low or clean up the mess left by earlier diners although, incredibly, they fixed themselves snacks. Other than that the place was fine.

nothing special but ... clean, comfortable, great location, friendly staff and reasonably priced.

“Pretty much what we expected”

Based on other reviews, we did not expect to be wowed and were not. The room cleanliness was ok. The room was cramped. We wanted to push the desk chair out into the hall to give us more room. The freezer section of the refrigerator in the room was so full of frost we could not fit the ice packs from our cooler into it. The breakfast did not interest us. Make-your-own rubber waffles, some cereal, fruit, instant oatmeal, juice, coffee. We were only looking for a place to sleep & wash up & get out and it was fine for that. Not recommended for a vacation stay.

“Too expensive and dirty”

The bed sheets didn't fit my mattress so I had to sleep on tip of the covers and freeze. Do not want.

“Will never go back”

From the moment we walked in, the lobby had a horrible smell of bleach and cigarette smoke which was heavy in the air. This carried through to the hallway down to our room. The strong smell of bleach was very noticeable in the room and even though it was non-smoking there was the stale smell of cigarette smoke. Bathroom had a used towel hanging and tub did not look clean. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and made it difficult to sleep; we were awoken really early by toddlers running the hallways. Not what I expected.
