Good location, friendly staff, overpriced

Posted Nov 22, 2014
Pros: breakfast, friendly staff, ease of access
Cons: better quality sheets
Location: Dairy Queen, 30 min from College Station
Both the night and morning staff were super friendly. Room and bathroom were roomy. Sheets were low quality and not comfortable. Breakfast was great. Would stay here again, but not for the price I stayed here this time. Way overpriced.

Texas A&M game

Posted Nov 4, 2014
Pros: The girls at the desk were so friendly - Gave us treats both nights and made us feel so welcome. The hotel was pretty new and well maintained.
Cons: The rate was a little higher that we expected, but turned out to be well worth the price.
The staff of this hotel was excellent!!! They made our trip so enjoyable. Went to a 11 am game at Texas A&M and everything went great. This is a great place to stay - especially since it's so hard to get a room in College Station - about 35 minutes to Kyle Field. Several places - a Mexican restaurant, a Pizza Hut, & a Dairy Queen - to eat near by. The people in this small town were very friendly.

Traveling with older ladies (in their 80's) is never easy, but the Best Western was great! Easy access, very comfortable accommodations!

Pros: Location and cleanliness
Location: We were there for a one day scrapbook retreat and was involved totally with this the entire day.
The hotel was close to the Pridgren Commuity Center where we had a our annual "Pink Scrapbook Crop. The hotel was less than a mile. We were from Houston and decided to spend the night in Franklin instead of driving back since it would be late in the evening. It was a great decision. We felt very safe at the hotel. There was a loud commotion, screaming and yelling in the next room at about 1:30 a.m. We called down to the front desk and it was taken care of immediately.

Another Great Best Western

Posted Jun 10, 2014
Pros: Spacious parking lot. Easy access.
Cons: Had trouble maintaining an Internet connection. Room rates higher than I would have liked.
Had to change my reservations prior to arrival, and I was able to do so without any problem. Room was great. Staff was courteous.

Excellent comfort in the middle of nowhere!

Posted May 14, 2013
Pros: Staff was very helpful and prompt. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was better than average. It was fairly quiet.
Cons: The coffee. Bananas would be nice. Diet Pepsi in the drink cooler.Directions on the tub for getting the shower to work.
Location: It is far from CStat if that is your destination. I was there for graduation. I am not sure what else is around there.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Loved the high ceilings and the amenities. Much more than I was expecting in Franklin. A little far from CStat, but not horrible.

Everything about the Hotel was great except check out the lady kept bugging us and it wasn't even 12 she acted like she couldn't go on to the next room to clean it she had to wait there until we left made me very angry as it is I hate what time check out is I think it needs to go back to 2pm we pay alot of money and sometimes don't even get 8 hours in the room not satisfied at all.
