Seriously???

Posted Apr 14, 2014
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Staff, improvements on making sure they know how to welcome quests. Didn't like the envelop I found on top of the TV asking for tips.
Location: We went to visit Franklin College. Will not stay at this hotel when we go back.
We arrive at the hotel and they don't even have our reservation. They stated Expedia did not send it to them. Amazingly enough the woman behind the counter who I assumed worked there, (No distinguishing attire or name tag) was able to look up on the computer and find it. I booked 10 days in advance. After he answering numerous phone calls, after 20 minutes I was handed my room key. Hotel was under renovation. The web did not show this. The posted rates were cheaper than what I paid online and the pictures of the hotel were of a closed section of the hotel, The front entrance did not look like what was posted.

Do Not Stay Here

Posted Apr 7, 2014
We went to Indianapolis for the Sweet 16 Games and decided to stay a little ways from Indy to save money and get away from the crowds. Went to check in before the games - the lady was rude and had her kids with her in the lobby. There was a man telling everyone that there was bed bugs and not to stay there. We went to our room to freshen up before going to the game and it was old and musty. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. We decided not to leave anything in the room that if we made it back we would unpack later. After he thought about it awhie, my husband decided that there was no way we were going back to that room. So we ended up spending the night a little farther down the interstate at a very nice room that only costed about $15 more.

Great staff and price

Posted Apr 5, 2014
Pros: The staff was the best.
Cons: The d├ęcor was a little outdated and could be improved.
The cost of the room was the deciding factor. The staff were very helpful and kind. When I encountered a problem with the lock on the door not working, the staff didn't just tell me to try again. One of them came to the room with me and attempted to resolve the problem in person. When that didn't work, they moved us to a different room. Very pleased overall

In a pinch/bind & low on cash - this is the place

Posted Mar 18, 2014
Pros: The breakfast was good. The staff was nice. The surrounding area was quiet. It's not a completely bad place to stay.
Cons: I would put carpet in the rooms, replace the furnishings & put in a quieter heating system. We had to sleep with it off & wait for it to heat
Location: Gas station across the street opened 24 hrs & across the highway is a McDonalds & a place called Orange Leaf - you have to go there - bring $$ yummy
The over all area was nice; easy access to places to eat & the highway. The area was clean & most importantly it was pretty quiet; I had no trouble sleeping. If you're low on cash & need the room it's not a bad place to stay. The room we had was completely faux wood floors so bring socks or house shoes. The heater took a while to heat the room; & was the loudest thing there. The recliner in the room looked like it had be picked up from the curb. It appeared dirty; I didn't even put my dirty clothes on it let alone sit in it. The staff was very nice. Make sure you eat before heading in for the night because the vending machines were not stocked well. The complimentary breakfast was as expected; enough to fill you up and get you on your way. There is a small pool but I wasn't going to get in it. I have a bit of a germ phobia. The place also appeared to be under some kind of construction so it looks as if they are in the process up fixing some things.

Pros: Close to where we were going.
Cons: Cleanliness, food for breakfast and attitude of staff and there cleanliness.
Location: Close to Interstate and location of where we were visiting.
Our room was dusty in places. Heater was old. Shower walls were not clean. It was quiet. Did have hot water. Breakfast food did not have a lot to offer.

Cheap.....

Posted Mar 11, 2014
Pros: The Ac/heat.
Cons: Staff! People at the hotel. Make sure the place dosent smell of pot or other drugs
This hotel has a great price for a couple of nights but really shady people are there. We stayed for a couple of nights while I've been up on business. The whole hotel is a zoo. There are people everywhere and trash everywhere. The smell of pot is in the hall way all the time. This is not a place to bring young children for a night stay or so. The pool isnt worth it either it seems like it hasn't been cleaned in a month or so. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra 20 dollars a night and stay at the other hotel which are right across the street.

best bag for your buck

Pros: clean, and price was a factor also staff was nice and had great attitudes.
Cons: newer TVs would be nice, but you are there to sleep right.
Location: close to I-65 and 44 with mcDonalds,Burger King, Subway and Waffle house close by Franklin 2 miles away with some good stores.
Stayed 2 nights and will say for the price it was well worth it, other hotels around the Inn was 30 dollars or more per night higher with no better service. had new renovations and very appealing rooms, will stay again.
