Was terrible. Smelled like marijuana and cigarettes all through out and filthy. Not aware nor does it state there is smoking/non smoking rooms. Also not like it ever matters since the rooms all share the same building. Make it make sense. 0/10 do not recommend.

The location was very accessible to the area. The staff was very courteous and professional. My biggest complaint is the room was not clean. There was pubic hair on the toilet and what appeared to be a candy wrapper on the floor under the desk. Fortunately, since Covid when I travel I bring my own cleaning supplies and cover sheets. I will not stay here again.

The room smelt so musty and mildewy that I had to sleep with the window open all night. When I woke up the humidity overnight seemed to interact with something in the carpet that smelt like cat urine. This was the worst hotel I've ever been in I travel often. I have been to some nice Super8's this isn't one of them.

Very positive comfortable stay
Very pleasant stay - good value for the price. Beds were very comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower with plenty of hot water. Delightful staff at check-in and check-out. Hotel was quiet and my husband and I slept well. I am sometimes dubious about economy hotels but this one definitely was a positive experience. 100% will stay again when I return to Franklin VA on business. Thank you hotel staff for your hospitality and kindness!

Room wasn’t worth $100
Tv didn’t work. No phone in the room to contact the front desk. Bathroom cleanliness could’ve been better. It looked like a blood stain on the wall meat the sink and a large black dirt mark on the wall across from the toilet. Mattresses on the beds were uncomfortable and squeaked any time you moved around.

Check-in was startling - I booked a king size bed room but was told upon checking in that the only king sized beds were on the 2nd floor AND THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. Having a torn meniscus in my right knee prevents me from climbing any stairs. We were then given a choice of a queen or 2 double beds room & then told that there was no price difference - which when I was booking the room there definitely IS a price difference. Not only was the room noisy from outside traffic, the beds made horrible noises! And don’t even get me started on the pancake pillows!!!

Disgusting!
This was a disgusting rom! It reeked of smoke in the main room, and there was a horrible stench of ursine in the bathroom that even made my clothes stink when they were in there for a short while with the fan on!

In all honesty, the experience was pleasant. We were traveling and had to stop to rest and that fitted the bill. Easy on and off high way, plenty of gas stations options and restaurants.

Not good - chosen because of proximity of hospital

We booked 2 days at this motel, due to the fact my husband had surgery on Friday 1/27/23. I found out that day that he had to stay overnight in the hospital, I decided to stay with him because I did not feel safe staying at the motel by myself. I call to cancel my reservations, and never received a call back. I was instructed from the young lady, she would get back to me. Never heard anything. Not happy.
