“Great Stay”

We had a very brief but a nice stay at Alexander Lakeside B&B. We felt very comfortable and relaxed in this quiet location facing the lake. A fantastic breakfast in the morning prepared by Sharon.

“Home from home @ Hervey Bay”

We were made to feel very much at ease, with full access to all facilities. Wonderful breakfast by the side of the lake with plenty of wildlife, including turtles. Sharon was extremely helpful and had many suggestions for things to do, trips to go on and places to see. Strongly recommend.

“Fabulous B&B .”

We stayed at this fabulous B&B just after Christmas 2011 . The setting , location and owner assitance was excellent and as such we would recomend this B&B to all travellers . It is so nice to find accomodation that has been so thoughtfully put together , this is a home from home that we will use again when we return in September.

“Excellent”

This is an excellent place to stay. The rooms are very nice and the house backs on to a small lake. It is a short walk to the esplanade and beach and about 15 minutes to a few restaurants and bars in Urangan. The rooms are a good size and well looked after and the host Sharon is very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay before / after Fraser Island or for exploring the Fraser Coast.
