We had a lovely room with kitchen opening out to the pool. Very clean and great condition. Only downside is the lack of a dining option at the hotel during the day.

The room was clean, bed comfortable. The staff (at least who we asked) did not seem too knowledgeable about the area. We were looking forward to a special Xmas dinner but it was changed to a buffet that was absolutely terrible. However, the hotel did the right thing and didn’t charge us for the meal.

I highly recommend the Ramada at Hervey Bay. We enjoyed our recent visit immensely. Special thanks to Adam who went over and beyond to help ensure that we had the best possible stay. We specifically liked that it was wheelchair friendly with easy access to everything. The ramp into the pool was was fantastic. We took advantage of the option to use vouchers for breakfast at "Smokey Joes" every morning and also had a few dinners there as well and the meals were all great. We found all staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all we had a great time and will definitely stay at the Ramada any time that we are back in Hervey Bay.

Great if it’s just somewhere to sleep. Not a resort-style getaway. Black mould in shower. A/C fan makes loud clicking sound, so does bathroom vent. Toilet seat broken and slides around. Sink faucet broken and slides around. Shower head broken.

A spacious room nicely set out and plenty of room in the bathroom and shower. The lady on reception was very helpful. The only negatives was the lack of space on the vanity in the bathroom and you have to drive to everything unless you are into boats

Internet was down on arrival but did work later, and tv featured didnt work. Bed was not very comfortable and room had a funny smell from the fridge. Breakfast was overpriced for the quality of the products. Staff very nice and friendly.

We stayed in a studio apartment with a balcony , table and chairs that lead onto the pool area. Our room was spacious and comfortable. There were 2 chairs in the room which is nice to see, often studio rooms only have 1 chair. The bed was fairly comfortable. Our only complaint was our room smelt of moisture and there was a container of moisture beads on top,of the wardrobe so it must be a constant problem. The staff were excellent and the check in was smooth and easy. We will happily stay at the Ramada again .

Very nice hotel in a quiet location. Nice pool and jacuzzi. The food at the hotel restaurant is very good. Our apartment was located on the second floor with a nice balcony with a pool view. The apartment is large and clean and well equipped.

Best value quality stay in the Bay
This is our first choice whenever we stay in Hervey Bay, it represents absolutely the BEST value in a quality stay in the Bay area. I simply love the pool. It doesn't have the greatest beach access, but is walking distance to a beach, parks and BBQ areas, the marina and lots of restaurants, the Boat Club and cinemas. The hotel's restaurant, Smokey Joe's offers great meals and room service.
