“Excellent Value”

I was very pleased with my stay. Easy access to major highway, comfortable king sized bed in a non-smoking room, even a wonderful breakfast bar with eggs, bacon, toast, pastries, juices, and best of all: make-you-own fresh belgian style malted waffles!! I will definitely stay here again!!

“AWKWARD”

REQUESTED 2 QUEEN BEDS BUT WERE PUT IN A ROOM WITH A KING SIZE BED AND A PULLOUT SOFA AND WERE UNABLE TO CHANGE ROOM. AWKWARD FOR 16YO BOY AND 13 YO GIRL. 3 SLEPT IN THE BED.

“Just Ok...”

Hotel is in a great location near highway, so-so neighborhood. No elevator at all, old carpet, bathroom very small. Just a last minute overnight stop type of hotel. Good breakfast!

“My worst experience at a Best Western”

Light bulbs were not changed - and were different colors (strange right)- one started smoking from the table on the desk so I had to unplug it The room was extremely dark even with all the lights on Remote control did not work well at all (had to really shake it and press the buttons quickly while directly aiming at the sensor or else it didn't work) Bed was so uncomfortable it was impossible to fall asleep - 2 days Airconditioner was unplugged - had to take the front off and reach below to plug it back in the wall Hot water was non existant for more than 15 seconds when taking a shower Non smoking room on a floor that reaked of smoke smell One positive: Awesome waffle maker in the breakfast area - unfortunately this is not enough to make me ever stay there again...ever again....

The rest of the city was truly breathtaking...amazing scenery..and the food in the town was sooo good!!!

“Good Value”

Hotel was clean and well kept. The bathrooom was small but you don't spend very much time there. the room it self was good size and the bed is very confortable and had a micro and fridge.

Area recommendations

Lot's of history here. We were her to do some Geocacheing found 54 caches and found Fredrick to be a Beautiful and Very Clean City.

Very easy city to get around and has Plenty of Great place to eat.

“"Dependable"”

No "Wow" factor, but no bad surprises either! Clean rooms, good service. Nice breakfast each morning and no loud guests next door. My one complaint, perhaps, were the pillows. Rather small and unimpressive. I usually travel with my own, so not a big problem.

I WAS SHOWING DOGS NEARBY AND DID NOT DO ANY SIGHT SEEING. HOWEVER, WE DID EAT AT A GREAT SEAFOOD PLACE CALLED, "JOE'S CRAB SHACK" ABOUT 15 MIN. FROM MY HOTEL. GOT DIRECTIONS FROM THE DESK CLERK. GREAT FOOD, GREAT PRICES AND WONDERFUL FUN.

“Good stop for one night”

This was a last minute late at night stop. It was a satisfactory room for the night. I would not want to stay there for several days because the lighting in the room was very poor for getting dressed and putting on makeup. The room was clean and the service was good. The continental breakfast was decent.

“Excellent customer service”

From check in to check out I was pleased with my stay. The clerk at the front desk was friendly and helpful. He answered my inquiry regarding restaurants by providing a printed list. When I ordered phone he called my room to let me know it had arrived. He never once did not have a small on his face. The continental breakfast in the morning was great with lots of choices to meet anyone's dietary needs. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. Couldn't ask for anything more.
