We alerted front desk that young children (most less then 12 years old) had taken over and were using the hot tub. Hotel maintenance arrived just as the children were moving to the pool, we asked if he was there about the complaint and what he planned to do about it. His response, after looking at the group (about 10 black kids) was to say, "Probably nothing cause you never know how they will react". So not only did they not enforce the posted rules about using the hot tub the maintenance man that showed up was a bigot.

nice hotel, good value

no issues at check in or check out, room clean and comfotable. only issue sink was very slow draining.

Two-story hotel had no elevator Our room had no microwave or refrigerator I had to request 3+ lightbulb replacements Our room overlooked the hotels' catering hall It was right under our window The noise was unbelievable both during day and night On our second night we had to leave since the Hotel had booked a wedding reception and they had no other rooms for us The management had no idea that our room had been booked on the same night as a wedding reception The whole experience was extremely disappointing and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Extra fee for breakfast not worth it...

We enjoyed the hotel & the kids loved the pool & indoor mini-golf. However, when we made the reservation on hotels dot com we chose to pay the higher fee so that breakfast would be included - especially since it was a family vacation and we reserved the room for 2 adults & 3 kids. When we checked in, we were told that the additional fee only covered 2 breakfasts per night & we had to pay full price ($10.95 per person) for the other 3. Had I known this I would have opted out, paid the lower room charge per night & eaten breakfast somewhere else!!

Disappointed

I was really disappointed with everything about this place. For starters I paid $162.00 bucks to stay one night. The front desk FAILED to mention that they were hosting a high school prom. The noise was ridiculous. We were in town for a softball tournament. We had other families stay there at $99 a night. How is it that you charged me $62 more and when I asked if they would honor it they said no. I will not be staying here for any future stays.

Pros: everything except the tv was small.
Cons: bigger tv.ex
Location: the location was close to shopping and close to food places.
The desk clerk stated that Expedia didn't notify them that we booked a king sized bed.

The hotel location was a bit odd and hard to find using GPS. Once there everything was fine as far as the service and cleanliness of the room. good hotel for business travelers.

While we are located right off the highway, guests still have to drive around the Mall to get to us.
