Night desk clerk was a little rude with another couple that was checking in, but overall it was an acceptable place to stay.

was a little unsure because of price. After arriving I was very pleased. The room was clean and I was happy to have a frig and micro. My only complaint was the extra soft bed mattress.

“Hotel fine, one employee: not so much”

When we checked in, the man at the desk was very unfriendly, acted bothered that we were taking up his time. Said very little, didn't offer any information without being asked. We found restaurant waiters more helpful and friendly. We found a visitor information center just by driving around and they were extremely helpful as well. The man who was at the hotel the next day was very friendly, all the rest of the staff were fine. We were very happy with our stay over all, don't know what that first man had against us. If we had the choice, would avoid checking in when he was there, or else go somewhere else. We saw no evidence of sex toys being sold as we had read in other reviews. I'm guessing management took care of that problem if it ever really existed..

Over all pleased with our stay. Staff is very nice. Parking is a big problem, especially on a busy weekend. They need more handicap spaces. A new road makes it very easy to get on and off the expressway.

The place seemed a little worn, but tolerable. Hall floor carpeting needed vacuuming. Elevator was slow and carpet in it needs shampooing. Room was Ok but bed was hard and too low. Bed sheets seemed a bit wrinkled. Continental breakfast was adequate. Price was good overall.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was fresh. The dining area was clean. We were happy with our stay and have no complaints. We would stay here again, especially at the good rate.

“Convenient for my frequent stays”

Have stayed here at least monthly about 5 times so far. Non-smoking rooms are clean but corridors reek of smoke. Like coffeemaker, refrigerator, microwave in room. Had to stay in of 24 hours because of weather on previous stay and coped well. Difficult to find the location behind Costco if one is unfamiliar with the area, but it is near my former job. Lighting in room is not good for reading/writing at night but very good with window light in daytime. I plan to continue to stay here on business and visits to friends.

“Smoke Lodge”

The room was clean and comfortable. The main problem for us was the smell of smoke in the hallways. We had a non-smoking room but people smoked in the hallway (there was an ashtray in the hallway) and the smell fills your room throughout the night. The area was a little sketchy but no problems through the night.
