“If you are looking for basic but nice and clean this is it.”

Service was good. Room was clean, bed was comfy, shower was great. All you could ask for in a basic overnight spot.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The room itself had a moldy ordor to it and the AC unit did not cool the room comfortably to have 2 people staying in it.

was there for 5 days...and did not get service except 1 day...had to ask for service reserved a king size room and they gave a queen size room....said since there was only one person they could not give me a king....had none available for me...except the hotel had very few guest...and the price was the same...when i said i would be leaving they were going to charge me for a nights stay.... never again...never stay at America's Best....

“americas best cockroach value inn”

The hotel was super dirty and had many roaches. I assume this was to be eco friendly and not use dangerous poison products. What was called breakfast was a prepackaged junk meal.

“Would never go back”

Bathroom had a roach 'motel" behind the toilet, the room had not been cleaned after the previous guests- I had to write a note for the staff to vacumn under the bed and they still did not move the chair and vacumn the crumbs on the floor there. Refrigerator in the room was completetly unplugged when we got there. Bathroom had been painted and taped for painting- but when the tape was removed you could see the old dirty paint. Tiles in the bathroom missing caulking and dirty. Bathroom light was so yellowed you could hardly see to shower.
