“Don't stay here is you have any other choices”
I was trying to book a hotel in Fredericsburg but all hotels were sold out. After I search further, I found big texas Inn is the only one still has room available around Fredericsburg. Actually this says something already. The hotel is shabby, and not well maintained. The only good place in this hotel is its lobby. In hallway it smells like everybody smokes cigarette there, and carpet are full of stains. The room smells better than hall way, but the carpet is dirty to. And the windows make big noise all the time when there are any vehicle pass by the highway nearby. The service is even worse: we found the drainage of bath tub is blocked, and we couldn't take shower at all. The front desk just kept telling us that maintenance guy will come very soon, but after 2 hrs we didn't see anyone show up. After several very frustrated phone call with front desk, I had no choice but go to bed without shower after 9 hours driving. Stay away from this hotel if you have any other choice. It's totally a wast of money. The only thing it did well is just ruin your vocation.
