quite clean hotel

Pros: on the main roadway. It was quite and clean
Went to Kerrville Texas for a wedding. The hotel was close to the church and was a nice place.

Good location. Comfortable bed. Plenty of space to move around in room. Good value. Breakfast not the best. Ended up eating out for breakfast.

My stay here was purely for convenience, as I shopped for a good price as opposed to luxury. While my room wasn't fancy or luxurious by hotel standards, it was quite clean and comfortable, and it perfectly suited my needs. I would especially like to commend the staff's integrity. My daughter and I checked out around 8:30 AM, and almost twelve hours later she discovered that she was missing an expensive pair of shoes she had brought along. She panicked slightly when she realized they probably got left behind at the hotel. I called to see if the shoes had been found, and was told that they were indeed still there. The front desk clerk said she would put them in a bag with my name. Fortunately, we were only a half-hour away from the hotel, so I drove over immediately and retrieved them. My daughter was immensely grateful that the staff exercised great integrity in not keeping the shoes and simply denying they had been found. Their integrity will place them high on my list when choosing a place to stay in Kerrville in the future.

The only bright spot of staying at this hotel was the day clerk who was extremely helpful and friendly. She needs a better place to work!!! We left a day early (without refund) because we couldn't stand the smell in the room or the absolutely nastiest carpet we have ever encountered.

Phone did not work. Toilet was very loose on the floor. Ants in the bathroom. Parking lot was too small. Walkways had many cigeratte butts on the ground.

Days Inn Kerrville Tx....Just barely OK

Clean, well priced for what it was. Had four rooms booked. One had bad smell so staff changed the room. Did not note the change in system and night staff thought new room was available. Twice during the night people were assigned the room and tried to enter. Kind of scary!! Finally at 2:30 AM manager called and woke us to see if we were in the room!! Didn't rest or sleep well the rest iof the night. Bad experience, but no problem with the other three rooms. Manager apologized during the 2:30 AM called, but that didn't make it OK.

Very reasonable rate and clean room.Room had a microwave and fridge making it easy to access our own cold drinks and even warm up leftovers from our restaurant meals.
