“Pleasant”

Very pleasant stay. The room was quiet and very comfortable. Location was near town and right on the highway. I would definately stay here again when in the area.

“frustrating experience”

the check in went very smoothly. the room was clean and it seemed that every thing was working. i am old enough that i have to get up a couple of times at night and i didn't turn the light on so as not to wake my wife. i flushed in the dark and it was morning before i realized the commode was partially clogged. i tried again to flush and it didn't quite overflow,and slowly , very slowly emptied of liquid but not of solid. i reported tit to the desk and they fixed it quickly. I took a load of luggage to the car while my wife had coffee. When I returned to the room (3rd floor, last room from the elevator) the room key card wouldn't open the door. i went back to the desk and had my card re-activated. took another load to the car and and went up with my wife to finish getting every thing out of the room and my key would not work and my wife's key didn't work, so again to the desk and asked that they not deprogram our keys until we checked out.(this was at 9:30 A> M. with a 12 o'clock checkout time.
