Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Internet was not available in the room - had to go to the lobby to make connections - very inconvenient.

“Nice hotel for price”

This was a nice hotel for the price. It was clean and staff was kind. Nothing too fancy but great if you are wanting something cheaper.

“You get what you pay for”

Staff was friendly, quick check-in. For a one-night business trip, this hotel fit the bill, especially at the price and location. The only drawback to this hotel is make sure you bring earplugs. Walls are paper thin. I could hear the TV set next door. Good thing it was only the TV. At some point the hotel needs to update some of the neccesities; ie, shower curtain/rod, shower head, lavatory sink.

“Carpet needs to be cleaned”

Our room was very nice. The air conditioning was leaking and therefore the carpet was wet. My husband was walking with his white socks on and they were very dirty after walking on the carpet. We just wore our shoes after that. I did mention it to the front desk as we were checking out. But overall it was a nice room!

Excellent location and close to all the points of interest. Nothing fancy but will do for a short weekend getaway

“Great hotel... if your on a tight budget.”

The staff was extremely friendly. My girlfriend and I arrived about 2 hours before check-in, but instead of giving us the cold shoulder and pushing us out the door, the desk clerk was very friendly, let us know about the check-in time but that they would go get the room clean ASAP. He then provided us with a few guides of the area. Staff aside, the motel really needs to be updated. I felt like no-one had stayed in the place in years, even though the parking lot was packed. There are plenty of hotels to choose from in such a small radius, I won't be looking to pinch the extra $10 in savings next time. Do yourself a favor, go with a hotel.

“Fredricksburg TX Super 8 motel”

The people where great, the location is ideal. The deck leaves a lot to be desired. The first room we stayed in was musty, we asked to be moved to a differnt room and found it to be very nice. Recomend asking for an updated room.

OK for the price. Hotel needs to update beds, not comfortable. Internet should be available for all rooms, not just the ones close to office.

“Friendly staff, aging facility”

Affordable basic lodging. Location is great, just a couple of blocks from the Nimitz Museum, shops and restaurants. There are newer hotels not far away at a similar price point. Carpets and fixtures could be updated; towels were paper thin, shows lack of recent investment. Front desk staff were efficient and polite. Usual Super8 breakfast in the lobby was well stocked.

“Not impressed.”

I got what I paid for, an old hotel in a tourist town. This hotel was hard to find at night. The hotel sign was ground level and not elevated at expected. The carpents were dirty and would turn white socks brown, but every thing worked and the hotel desk solved the booking problems.
