“Our Favorite Place Away From Home”

Our Lucaya, specifically the Reef Village, is a GREAT place to enjoy some peace and quiet along with lots of fun. If you take the virtual tour of the hotel, "what you see is what your get". It is absolutely the best! We've been staying at the Reef Village for the past 10 years and we go to Freeport twice each year. ...and we'll be back!

“Well Worth Going To”

This is our third stay at Our Lucaya. Being located across the street from Port Lucaya is very very convenient. Many restaurants to choose from that are not pricey and many shops and markets to shop at. The beach and pool are wonderful and if you have children they will love the waterslide at the pool. You can also use the facilities at the adjoining Radisson if you want a change of scenery. When we checked in we were given a room with a balcony which was a great surprise, only it overlooked the roof with air conditioning units which were noisy and generated much heat, so you could not sit out there. I went down to the front desk the next morning with my concern and was moved to another room with a balcony overlooking the ocean the pool. I was more than satisfied and very greatful to the young lady who helped me!!!! Will be returning next summer!

“Radisson Lucaya”

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Security folks were there all the time and I always felt safe. Maidservice was great. China Beach restaurant was disappointing as the hostess who seated me was rude and unfriendly. The food was marginal and expensive. Spa services (massage, manicure and pedicure) were excellent. Maasage therapist knowledgeable and proficient. Pool and beach super! I will stay there again!

The Lucaya Marketplace is directly across the street. Many good resturants and stores. Also enjoyed the Casino.

There are several other hotels to choose from in and around Our Lucaya but Reef Village has great ambiance and the staff are so very helpful and professional.

“CONVENIENCE, Quality and Great Pricing”

GREAT LOCATION. I have read a lot of the reviews that were negative and found them completely wrong. Upon Check-in, we asked politely for an upgrade and they gave us a pool/ocean view gratis. The room was immaculate and the water pressure was superb. Located right on the beach and directly across from all of the nightlife and best restaurant ( EAST Japanese restaurant was the highlight ). Staff was very courteous and matched your enthusiasm ( you get back what you give). Casino right next door. We did not have to ever get a taxi. Duty free liquor clsest to bay in cheapest. Can't wait to go back

“Gorgeous Hotel, Great Amenities and Perfect location!!”

My girlfriends and I went down to the Bahamas for a Bachelorette Party for a few days at stayed at Reef Village, I cannot wait to go back!! First off the pool at the hotel is absolutely beautiful and the white sand beaches take your breathe away!Everything we could have wanted to do was within walking distance, the spa, the casino, the pavilion with shops, bars and restaurants. Whether you are going with friends or for a romantic time with someone special I would highly recommend staying here. I plan on going back again next year.

“BEAUTIFUL PLACE”

THE BEST PLACED WE HAVE EVER STAYED WITH 2 LITTLE CHILDREN . LOVE ZORBAS AND WELL WORTH THE GOOD DECENT PRICE ESPECIALLY WITH CHILDREN WHO EATS ALL THE TIME.

“Right on the beach-paradise”

Fantastic clean safe hotel centraly located for beaches,pools,casino,restaurants and shopping, or watersports. Comfy beds, sturdy chairs(for folks of size) and table on balcony. Just loved it. You must go here to unwind and forget your problems. 10 pools to choose from and they let you swim all night long it you like.

When we arrived, our taxi driver told us the Lucaya Reef was down for renovations, and we would be staying at the Radisson right next door. Check in was fast, the rooms were awesome, and the location couldn't be better, it's right next to the "square" where all the night-life is. The best thing about it is we paid for a room at Our Lucaya Reef and ended up at the best hotel on the island for not a penny more!
