“Awesome night”

My husband and I stayed at west Baden just to get a night to ourselves without the kiddos. We loved every minute of it. I felt like I was in a fairy tale from the moment we pulled onto the long brick road lined with trees leading to the resort. Once we walked into the beautiful dome with the huge christmas tree I felt like I was in a movie! Check in went great and I was thrilled when I realized we also got a $30 credit for breakfast that could be used for room service or at the little shop that served Starbucks coffees and other breakfast treats like bagels. The grounds were also beautiful this time of year at night. The garden was decorated in Christmas lights along with all the trees that lined the road to the resort. We were able to walk through the gardens and night, we even saw a few deer! Our room was also very nice, I loved the robes! Overall great night, no complaints, here!

“Really beautiful!”

I've been looking forward to going to this hotel since I read about it in the NYTimes travel section. It was worth the wait. The hotel and grounds are beautiful, the restaurant was excellent and the casino was an added bonus. It helped that it was a beautiful fall weekend and the drive was also beautiful. We did not golf but talked to people who did and they were very satisfied with the course they played. It is obvious that no expense was spared in the renovation. The huge open domed atrium is visually stunning. There was a singer on the Saturday evening we stayed and people enjoying drinks,etc There was a shuttle over to the other hotel and casino. The casino is not too large but it wasn't overcrowded. My husband and I are both seasoned travelers and we were both very happy we made the detour to visit the hotel.

“Beautiful relaxing getaway!”

Amazing restoration of a hundred year old hotel, including a beautiful 200 ft tall dome! Great food, fine spa service, helpful staff, nice shops, all added up to a great three days! I would go back tonight!

“Indiana's Best Hotel”

It was an excellent hotel. The decor was better than more expensive hotels - on a par with Conrad Hilton hotels. The bathroom was spectacular with a separate shower and an executive tub, double sinks and fancy mirror. The price was much less compared to comparable hotels.

“Remarkable renovation”

West Baden Springs Hotel is absolutely gorgeous. If you know anything about the previous condition of the hotel, along with the neighboring French Lick Hotel, you'll be amazed. I just hope the rates stay low and we'll be back in the summer to take advantage of the outdoor activities.

West Baden Hotel wasa surprise since we hadn't seen it before. It was such a beautiful place. The Atrium itself is worth the trip.

“Best Getaway We've Had in a Long Time”

My husband and I travel quite frequently and I must say this was one of hte most wonderful weekend getaways that we have had in some time. The hotel staff was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Also, the rooms were immaculate - not to mention beautiful. The spa and pool areas were also a great place to relax and the restaurants were lovely. It was also nice that we could use the free shuttle to go back and forth to the French Lick Hotel for dinner, pizza and bowling or gambling at the casino. The hotel is an architectural gem and everyone should take the opportunity to spoil themselves with a trip - we can't wait to go back!
