Room was big. Had alot of floor space. The mattresses could use an upgraded. Wallpaper was starting to come off the wall. Not a bad place to stay

I will not stay here again. Kept ringing the door bell for a long time to get assistance to check in as well as checking out. Kept calling the phone number and no answer. A roach was found, no extra blanket available, no tissue, wallpaper coming off the wall

Positives: Check in was fast and friendly. Attempts at accommodation were made. Negatives: The first room reeked of smoke and it's a non-smoking hotel so that was annoying. Hotel gave us a new room without question which was nice. Second room had several problems. The fire alarm was covered with plastic, the fan over the burner didn't work, there was an uncovered outlet, and there was a missing drawer in one cupboard. The room wasn't especially clean, but it was within reason. After staying one night we decided we needed to leave. According to policy they didn't need to refund us at all, but they did just charge us for one additional night instead of the full five-night stay which was appreciated. It's a lower cost hotel so if these conditions are fine for you then it's a chance to save a few dollars. If these conditions wouldn't work for you then definitely stay somewhere else.

This hotel is fairly near the Fresno airport and was a very nice room for the price. The accessible room with walk-in shower was very roomy with nice size refrigerator & microwave and nice for my handicapped wife. I like the sink being outside the bathroom like this is and the friendly staff.

I recommend the Rodeo Lodge
The room was big and clean and comfortable as was the bathroom. It was fantastic that it had a kitchen with a roomy refrigerator, freezer, and microwave. And I was very appreciative that the premises has a guest laundry so I was able to wash and dry a load of clothes. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room had two tables and several chairs which made it easy for me to work. And the room rate was very reasonable. The premises are very quiet and located close to shopping, restaurants, and several freeways.

Needs a remodel
The room needs a good cleaning and upgrade. The floors were dirty and the cupboards has firt and some food scraps in them. And the AC unit smells bad.

When we entered our room, we were greeted by the over whelming scent of pine sol. The floor seemed to be sticky from whatever was used on the floor so our bare foot was dirty. When we showered and stepped onto the tub, it was very slippery and unsafe. I'm thinking it was again from what was used to clean the floor that made the bottom of our foot slippery.

I loved the spacious room with an electric cooktop, unfortunately there were nothing to cook in or utensils. The microwave inside was peeling off on top, but I didn’t really use it after I saw that. The refrigerator was a nice size and worked well. My hot water didn’t work a couple of nights, but once I addressed it with management they took care of it right away. There were two beds in the room and room service came to freshen up almost every day! The management seems to care about the property as a whole. Other than the minor things, I would stay again at the aRodeo Lodge!!

The front desk staff was very good. Rooms are small but everything worked. A little noisy in the morning and rooms aren't soundproof but for the price a pretty decent place to stay.

Very polite and helpful people. Been coming here over 10x- alway had a great experience. Never had problems with parking, plus the rooms have cool wall art. Deposit is convenient and prices too. This is my best stop to meet w/ friends from Los Angeles /San Francisco .
