"I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient, professional and very kind. Extremely helpful in booking the right room for me and extending my stay when needed. The staff is extremely accommodating and the pool and jacuzzi are very well maintained and beautiful! I’m from the area and very impressed!"

"If it wasn't for the homeless people right outside the parking lot it would be a total of 5 stars. But there was NO way I would walk outside at night time. Once inside the staff was awesome, kind, helpful and willing to go above and beyond. It is not their fault that the area they are in have the kind of people they do. But I will not stay any other location but this one when I am in Fresno."
