“Great stay and breakfast!”

We arrived late in the evening and check in was easy. The room was clean and spacey which helps with 2 toddlers. Breakfast was great - plenty of good choices. Hotel employees where all very friendly.

This hotel is very nice. Very quiet. Nice lobby with coffee. The rooms are very homey, clean, and all-around great. Good breakfast, and morning paper. I really enjoy staying here.

Overall satisfied. Room was large with a separate sitting area. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was available.

“Very comfortable Fresno Hotel”

I stayed at the hotel while attending a horse show and it was a great choice. The room was clean and comfortable with attention to small details that made it easy to sleep. Everything worked in the room and I didn't find anything distracting, lights, alarm, etc. I appreciated the nighlight in the bathroom and the absence of annoying lights that don't turn off. Best of all, the room was quiet which is unusual for a Friday and Saturday night stay. I slept very soundly.

“Service above and Beyond!”

Our room was as advertised. It really did look like the pictures. The service was EXTRADORINARY! I have stayed in 5 star hotels that did not offer the service and special touches that we recieved. The clerk went above and beyond to make our stay extremely memorable. I can not express how well she interacted with the 5 girls with me. Some had never stayed in a hotel before. When we left they all expressed gratitude and thanks to the clerk for being so kind to them. They all felt like important guests which is so often not the case when clerks focus on parents and forget the children with them. She made them all feel important and welcome. All of them wanted to stay longer! They all had such a fabulous time and really enjoyed the indoor pool. The beds were comfy. The room was clean and quiet. Service was prompt and excellent with any request made. They truly went above and beyond in the service department. I have stayed in many hotels but will definately book this hotel again in a heartbeat because of the extradorinary service I recieved. A satisfied customer.

“Will Stay There Again...”

I was a bit worried in trying to find a hotel in Fresno to stay, if you haven't heard, Fresno doesn't offer the greatest selection of hotels. We were very pleased with the hotel however, which had a nice pool area, clean rooms and offered breakfast each morning. We would definately stay here again.

“Value at a reasonable price”

We selected this hotel for several reasons...close to my mother-in-law's home, suite rather than just a room, cont. breakfast, and indoor pool. Everything was fine except for the temperature of the indoor pool. Seems they don't heat it during the summer as the water was about 70 degrees. Very chilly, however once you got use to it, it was refreshing.

Overall very pleasing and clean. Well lit parking and not congested. Good service upon check in and out.
