“Nice room, great staff”

The room was clean, but nothing exceptional. But the staff WAS exceptional, form the desk personnel to the cleaning staff and the people keeping the breakfast buffet filled - everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to go back.

“Friendly staff, nice room, good breakfast”

Our room had a very comfortable bed, clean bathroom with lots of space, and good service. The staff was very helpful and was always friendly and pleasant. The breakfast was good with both cooked and cold options. The hot tub was clean and well maintained. The location was good being very close to Highway 41.

“Solid hotel”

Good hotel. Wasn't in the room a lot. Provide a small breakfast in the morning. Rooms are clean and nice, but not too fancy. A good deal for the price.

“Very convenient and service is great.”

The service at this hotel was outstanding. We've stayed many times because of the service and convenience of its location for our needs. The employees are very personable, eager to please and on this particular visit Tiffany was exceptional at the front desk. Breakfast offerings are good, the place is very clean though the rooms are slightly dated. We would return.

“Perfectly adequate accomodation for business or pleasure travel.”

This hotel was clean, convenient and comfortable. Perfect for a simple overnight stay. Nice pool, good breakfast (though there was no fruit in June in the middle of a significant agricultural area). My mother complained (but only after we checked-out!) about some inconveniences in her "accessible" room, but i think those complaints could have been rectififed if she had spoken up. Her primary complaint was that there was no chair that she could sit in to tie her shoes. The bed was also too high for some one with limited strength. The staff was very courteous and solicitous. They worked hard to accommodate my Mom's needs. My only complaint would be that the communication between Expedia and the hotel regarding our accessibiity needs were inadequate.
