All of my needs were well met...Posted Nov 10, 2013
The only thing that was a problem is, it's hard to find. It sits way back off the road and they can't put signage up because the owner of the property in front won't allow it. I am told it's easier in the daylight to find.

Near Fresno State UniversityPosted Oct 22, 2013
Pros: Location was easy to find. It was clean and comfortable, and reasonably priced.
Cons: Perhaps the clerk could have asked if a room by the entry door was OK and warned that it might be loud.
Like most Marriott experiences, this is a good hotel for a moderate price. We rented two rooms, a Double/Double and a King. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would have rated it the Overall Rating higher except that I was given a room right by the back door and it was fairly noisy when people were coming in late or leaving early.

DON'T JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVERPosted Oct 14, 2013
Cons: Staff, and staff's response to requests.
Location: Location is considered to be on the border of unfavorable neighborhoods, by residents of the area.
This hotel does not compare to other Courtyards by Marriott that we've stayed. Staff did not go out of their way to fulfill requests - such as toilet leaks, out of kleenex, etc. they were still not fulfilled when we checked out. Location rather frightful - first time seen sign to lock everything in your car, hotel not liable for anything missing. Location of room. At the furthest end of the hotel- the end- perhaps because we made reservations through Expedia. Experienced great FREE breakfasts in past Courtyards - no longer, everything is charged at very high rates.

Uncomfortable bedPosted Oct 3, 2013
Pros: - Main lobby area has food and drinks available - Shower water pressure is strong
Cons: Bedding is uncomfortable
Location: Right next to freeway, set off the main street. Did not feel safe walking anywhere. A short drive away from shopping centers.
While the main areas of the hotel looked nice and updated and overall the place seemed clean, the bed was uncomfortable. The sheets were rough and felt abrasive on my skin. I was first in a room next to the ice machine, which had a large and loud AC unit in it. Asked to move rooms and ended up near a back entrance / exit, which meant hearing people coming in and out through the night and in the early AM. I will try another hotel next time I have to go Fresno.

Extremely comfortable bed, facing wrong directionPosted Sep 28, 2013
Pros: Location and comfort of the bed
Cons: Move the bed to face the TV
Location: This is close to Fresno State University which is the reason that we come to Fresno to visit our son who attends FSU.
I would rate the comfort of the bed for sleeping as very high. The thing that bothered me was that the bed was not facing the TV and one has to look sideways to watch it. The feng-shui was all wrong. I also did not like the fact that there is no complimentary breakfast. I am not a big breakfast eater but I do like to have some juice and a muffin before taking out in the morning.

Nice clean and comfortable place to stay.Posted Sep 10, 2013
Pros: The staff friendly and was a clean hotel.
Location: Lots of shopping near by and plenty of fast food places as well as restaurant's near by. The convention center is not too far just need GPS to find.
The Hotels staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast looked good did not eat there for breakfast, but wish we had. The coffee was good in the cafeteria area Starbucks coffee. I would stay there again if down in Fresno area.

Great Hotel to escape to....Posted Sep 5, 2013
Pros: See above
Cons: I was unsure where the "Front Desk" was when I first entered the Lobby, but a well groomed, friendly employee immediately helped me.
Location: The location was right off the freeway. Located midway between the 2 areas I was going to visit.
The room was clean, and well decorated. The bed was AMAZING!! Super comfortable. The air conditioner worked well and was not noisy.
