I travel with work I stayed here for the first time but I'm in the area often I got off work early cuz of rain and they charged me $10 for early check-in but then checking out they changed it to $15 there was no chair in my room there was breezes going through the door the towels were terrible and the homeless and the dog feces around the hotel doors was just terrible

It smelled AWFUL. We had to air it out because my kids were getting a terrible headache from the smell of bleach. It didn’t smell clean, it just reeked of bleach. The breakfast was great though and the staff was super sweet.

Some guy was sent to my room at night around 11 pm from the main office he was looking for some one he was knocking on the window and then the door really hard in my room was very aggressive and telling me to open the door I tried calling the main office at the hotel phone didn’t work so we call 911 he left before the police came we all got scared didn’t want to stay that night I ask for my refund and the front office lady was so rude to me and we just left

This hotel is Filthy. Bed mattress look like they were left outside and slept on by the homeless. But actually the homeless would not sleep on this beds. Did not discover this filth until the day we checked out. I take the linens off the bed before leaving to make sure the next person gets clean linens. To my surprise the mattresses was so filthy. There was Feces, Blood, and Mold and Mystery spots. I immediately got so sick to my stomach. Went to complain and check out. I had taken photos and sent them to their manager who did nothing about it. She said there was a mattress pad that was protecting us. The health department needs to be contacted. Don’t stay here!!!!!

Terrible place to stay

This is the first time that I stay at a hotel where I feel uncomfortable. I had to put on a face mask to avoid breathing the dust and filth found in the room. I have already reviewed this property on another site. Dirt all over the room, sheets including comforter were dirty. Shower broken and leaking throughout the stay. The least I would expect is a refund and an apology from the operators of this hotel. I have stayed at other Wyndham properties and thus far this is the worst in terms of up-keep and cleanliness.

The place is definitely working on updates. Loved that it was tile/ laminate flooring through out. I had brought my dog so that was a plus so she had no smells to enjoy. As for the property it is close to the fwy so you definitely hear the noise if you are on the side facing it. Other then that we had no hot water in our shower and when I went to walk my dog there was a homless man next to the ice vending maching under a blanket and there was broken glass and a few little blades in the gravel. So I let her pee and took her back inside till we could get on the road to have her go potty some where safer.

This was the worst place ever! No tv remote. No ice bucket. no coffee maker. Sink didn’t drain. A cigarette butt floated up out of the sink drain. No hair dryer. I went to get something to eat and when I got back there was water all over the bathroom floor. Couldn’t find the source. Hole in the wall behind bathroom door where the handle went through. Place was dirty. So much for “newly remodeled”!

Cockroaches, Urine, and Broken Doors Oh My!
We walked in and were blasted with the smell of urine and cigarettes. The door frame was broken and filthy. We saw cockroaches running around the room. Needless to say, we did not stay. Even though we checked out minutes upon arriving the hotel has refused to refund our money. It's was an all around horrible experience.
