“Nice place to stay in Fresno”

For your average budget hotel, the Days Inn Fresno was nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The wireless is free, but a bit of a challenge to stay connected.unless you wait until after midnight. The rooms have a fridge and a microwave and both worked. Even though I had families in the rooms on either side of me, I heard nothing as the room was exceptionally well sound-proofed. The air conditioner was already on when I entered the room which was most fortuitous as it was over 100 degrees out. The grounds on which the hotel sits is very well maintained and the scenery is nice. The parking lot is convenient and roomy enough to maneuver around in. The pool was also very nice, in good order and well cleaned and maintained. The hotel's other redeeming factor is that it's next to a Dennys and even though the hotel provides a very basic free continental breakfast, your room key gets you a 15% discount at Dennys.

“Overall”

The beds were a little uncomfortable (hard beds) and there was a resturant next door but the parking was in adequate.

“A bonzer stay!”

After a four hour drive from Marin County it was great to kick back in the pool, since it was 100 degrees--which suits me down to the ground, being an Aussie. Staff friendly and helpful, room clean and comfey. Denny's right next door, convenience store right around the corner. A pub nearby would have been nice, but it's only a few miles from the town center. A pleasant three day stay...

“Hotel Stay”

The staff was very accomodating. The room itself was clean and comfortable. I was not thrilled with their breakfast, but Denny's was very close by. I did not agree to have my credit card number on file in which is their policy to have a record of your stay. Even with me going through you and it was fully paid, they still insisted on taking my credit card number. So upon leaving I asked them to black out my credit card number in which they did comply. That would be my only set back about staying their again.

“Good place to sleep, but leave the next day”

This hotel is very convenient as it is off the 99 and 180. We stayed here as a pit stop from San Francisco to Sequoia National Park. We got in really late and the service was fine. We didn't need too much. The room is very dated, it felt like we were in 1987. But besides that, the bed was comfy and the room was clean. You would want to make sure your car is in clear view from the room. The area isn't the safest. We woke up early, had Dennys (which is basically in the parking lot) and left.
