Quick and friendly check-in. Nice that all the rooms are on the first floor and able to park near your room. The room was clean and everything worked fine. Internet was fast. Breakfast was just danishes and toast with orange juice and coffee. not the best breakfast but was sufficient for the price. Next time in Fresno I will go back here.

For the location the hotel was very quiet and comfortable. Service exceeded my expectations as well.

Our stay was quick and our first time in Fresno. We were there for my son who will be attending CSU Fresno and found the hotel to be in a great location and close to all. The only thing i found upon entering our room was that there was a mildew ordor. Would have loved to ask for another room but it was late and we were tired out. But other than that everything worked out fine for us and will most likely book future stays there being i will be out there to visit my son.

“Quality service and accomodations at a buget price”

This is a small courtyard type single story motel on the main North/South road, (Blackstone) near the North end of town. Despite being on the main drag, the courtyard and room were very quiet, (no street noise), The rooms are well insulated and you will not hear the neighbors next door. The room was clean and well maintained. The room contained a small refrigerator, a microwave, and a one cup coffee maker. The room also contained a TV with a separate DVD player. (TV service was satellite with no local program guide) Service from all personnel was outstanding. Staff were very courteous, helpful and friendly. Parking for a full size pick-up was snug but reasonable. A broad selection of restaurants and two gas stations are less than one mile to the North. (Famous Dave's BBQ is recommended). I would rate this motel as a four star with outstanding staff at a budget price. I will be staying here again on my next trip. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

“Happy in Fresno”

Room was clean and comfortable and in good condition. Check-in time was 1:00 pm and I was checked in at 12:30 pm, which put me ahead of schedule for my plans for the day, that really put me at ease. I will definatly use this hotel my next trip to Fresno.

“If you want something cheap and aren't expecting much...”

I stayed here with friends to break up the travel from Monterey to Yosemite. I just needed a place to sleep, and that's pretty much all I got. I checked in around midnight and woke up the guy at the desk. Check-in was very quick. From the outside the place looks ok. There's a pool. Our room looked ok too, at first. However, when we shut the door, we noticed a tissue sticking out of the peep-hole. This was because there was no peep-hole. The room seemed clean though, but it smelled a little funny. When we woke up the next morning, one of the headboards fell of the wall. Luckily it didn't land on anyone's head.The free breakfast was cereal, toast, honey-buns, and apple juice, which was fine for us. Check-out was speedy, too. Not a great place, but it was cheap. You get what you pay for.

“Nice hotel”

The hotel was clean and the staff was frienldy. I would not hesitate to stay again, the service was nice, with the only exception that the continental breakfast needs to improve just a little.
