“My Trip to Fresno ,Ca”

I chose this Hotel for the rooms then when I got checked in the Tvs were way smaller than expected I was informed it had been stolen what kind of a person would steal a tv from a hotel room . Staff was very helpful and respectful I would stay again in the futre if had Bigger tvs

“WOULD LOVE TO STAY HERE AGAIN”

LOVED THIS HOTEL. IT MADE MY STAY IN FRESNO THAT MUCH BETTER. THE LOCATION WAS GREAT, NOT TOO MUCH TRAFFIC AND NOT FAR FROM WHERE I NEEDED AND WANTED TO GO. EVEN THOUGH KAISER HOSPITAL WAS ACROSS THE STREET, YOU COULDNT TELL, IT WAS SO QUIET. BUT REALLY NICE TO KNOW IT WAS THERE JUST IN CASE, IT MADE ME FEEL AT EASE. THE ROOM WAS NICE AND CLEAN. LOVED THE KITCHEN, GOT TO USE THAT ALOT! WISH THEY PROVIDED A ROLL OF PAPERTOWELS AND MAYBE A SMALL BOTTLE OF DISH SOAP. COULDNT GET THE AIRCONDITIONING WORKING, BUT IT WAS OKAY, THE WEATHER WAS NICE. THE ONLY THING I REALLY DIDNT LIKE WAS THE GAP UNDER THE FRONT DOOR! YOU COULD HEAR THE NOISE OUTSIDE FROM PEOPLE WALKING BY. RUBBISH AND LEAVES WOULD BLOW IN THE ROOM FROM UNDER THE DOOR. WISH THEY COULD HAVE PUT IN A DOOR FLAP, THAT WOULD HAVE ELIMINATED ALL OF THAT. I WOULD DEFINITLY SATY HERE AGAIN. AND LOOK FORWARD TO STAYING AT THIS HOTEL IN A DIFFERENT LOCATION...

“Great inexpensive roomy place w/kitchen”

I read complaints about this motel, but we felt very comfortable, the king size bed was great. Close to lots of restaurants and 2 starbucks. It has no facilities like a pool or business ctr or anythng other than a laundry mat but that was all we were lookig for. Also in a nice part of town...thx for a great 3 day stay

Please bestow your highest commendation upon the Manager and staff at Fresno - North. Room was modern [contemporary]; clean, and comfortable [not tooo hot!], and; functional, I was able to accomplish activities and necessities in a timely manner. Staff was proactive, identifying my needs and preferences; efficiently 'followed-up' on my inquiries, requests, and; always presenting a positive attitude!

“Affordable and adequate”

Nice place to stay. Didn't use the kitchen, but hotel room was quite adequate. The fan/AC unit was a bit noisy. They didn't charge me for WiFi access.

This hotel works well for me as it is centrally located for my needs when in Fresno. Clean & comfortable.

“Problems.....”

Had a problem checking in. They kept saying I had 2 rooms, when I had one. Went out for the evening and returned at midnight, only to find I was locked out of my room. They wanted to clear up the 2 room mess. They kept apologizing, but at midnight that was pretty lame.

“Needs paint...”

7 days there and i was ok with it,the room could use a fresh coat of paint and the furniture was old and scarred. Beds were not the most comfortable and could have used thicker blankets for the time of year.Small tv old style, did have a microwave and full size refrigerator. Its very close to many restaurants and River Park. Overalll i was not very impressed but for my time there it was fine.

“Take it or leave it in fresno”

I had reserved a king size bed only to be put in a queen size that was very uncomfortable, I could feel the springs, This room was next to the venting machines and laundry mat. Imagine waking to washers going off at 8 am. But considering Fresno's colorful neighborhoods this was good place to stay for the price.
