If you are sensitive to road noise, I encourage you to notify the front desk upon arrival. If we are able, we will always try to accommodate your needs. We look forward to seeing you again.

I sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet expectations. Did you inform the front desk about the smell? We do strive to fix problems during your stay if it is something that we can accommodate. As to the restaurant, unfortunately, our breakfast cook was in a car accident and we were unable to get someone to cover in time. This is, of course, a unique circumstance, but we hope you understand, and we will look for otherways to mitigate those one-off type situations.

Thank you, we are iin the begining stages of renovations. The room furniture is the original from 2009, not cobbled together just needing replaced. we will certainly look at more lighting as well. We are glad you noticed the cleanliness. That is most important

I am sorry you felt the clerk was rude. He does have to keep the noise levels down for all guests.

I do apologize other guests weren't courteous and being loud. Please always call the Front desk and we will be sure to address the situation with them.

I am sorry your wife had an allergic reaction to something. What we cannot be sure of without further investigation. I do know my staff member was empathetic and let you know you would have to contact the 3rd party site for assistance since that is who you paid. Thank you! That would be oil from the auto shut hinge. We do clean it but it comes out when it feels like it and usually after the room has been cleaned. The fan is not an individual room fan but for the whole hotel. Hoping to change that when we renovate soon.

Thank you, while some Hilton properties do provide complimentary breakfast, Hampton, Home2, Homewoods. Hilton Garden is not one of them. We have a full service cook to order Kitchen. Coffee and Juice are inclusive in the pricing, ranging from 8-18 plus tax depending on what you order. There are rates you can choose that include breakfast. Hopefully if you return you can do that. If you need assistance just let us know, we would be happy to help.
