Good overall
I had to wait for registration because night attendant was away from the reception desk for a while. The room was recently remodeled and the pool and jacuzzi were removed. The beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast had variety and was well stocked.

Received prompt service & check in was easy. I was on the 3rd floor, with freeway noise. Plenty of towels, bathroom was clean. Room had 2 queen beds, plenty of room. I would stay here again.

Great Breakfast Choices and best of all a very attentive staff. Everyone was very welcoming and always willing to help. Jacob was wonderful, especially after I accidentally broke a glass bottle in the lobby. He immediately attended to the spill and assured me that he would take care of it. I helped as much as I could but Jacob went out of his way to assure the safety of everyone. THANK YOU JACOB!

Clean place to stay
As many have read, the hotel is undergoing renovations. We lucked out with an updated room. We also got a room that faces the parking lot, so it was relatively quiet. Beds were comfy and the room clean. The staff provided a crib for our baby boy and that was awesome. There were a couple things that bugged me. The staff was under the impression that the pool was heated. We arrived after sunset and found the pool cold and unlit.There were area lights but no pool lights. The second, due to renovations, the second elevator is out of service. While it seemed that only 4 people were ever using it, you could imagine a busy check-in/check-out really congesting one elevator. Staff are extremely helpful, generally knew what was going on and took care of our needs. When looking at hotels in the area at this price range, cleanliness was my top concern. That's what I got. Comfy bed and some breakfast too.

I highly recommend this hotel. Check in was quick and easy. Very pleasant and rooms well equipped. I selected because on my route from Sequoia to Yosemite. Plus they have laundry!

Room was clean and spacious and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious from cold cereal to a hot meal. The best thing was Patrick at the front desk. He was so friendly and so wonderful. We would go back just to see him.

The room was newly renovated but there are some areas that need more care (hallways, elevator, some areas needed paint and rug updates. But overall a nice hotel.

Hotel is under renovation which resulted in a couple utility outages. Get a room not facing the freeway as you can hear the traffic. On checkout morning, both elevators were out and we had to carry our stuff down from the 3rd floor. Breakfast was good and the rooms were clean. Staff was friendely.
