Off the beaten path but comfortable

this is a very nice, quality hotel. The only downsides to it was the fire alarm going off at 3am forcing us all outside in our pajamas in the cold. And the hotel staff charged the room to my credit card when i had specifically told them at check in that i would be paying caah. Otherwise it is a nice facility and i would stay again.

Overpriced, Overrated, Noisy, Shabby "Inn-Suites"

Stay far away from this place! Their website contains many favorable pictures but don't be fooled! The location would be perfect for the traveler who wants quick-off, quick-on access to the freeway, but the complex is located in a portion of an industrial park field with nothing within walking distance except the train tracks- the "view" from my 2nd story room. The train's deafening horn blew about every two hours at night. That, coupled with the constant excessively loud hum of the bathroom ceiling fan (which cannot be turned off in any of the rooms by a normal wall switch), kept me up most of the first night (I would have left, but I had prepaid the whole amount). I demanded that the front desk clerk have the fan disconnected entirely for the second night. It was quiet (except for the faithful night train horn). The "spa" was not working that weekend. When I arrived, the single front desk reception clerk was so overworked I had to wait 10" just to get checked in (despite prepayment/confirmation), because she was simultaneously doing paperwork, booking telephone reservations (two on hold), and trying to check me in. They obviously don't spend any money on front-end service - valet help with your luggage? Forget it! The rooms are standard king, nothing special (despite costing 3 times a Motel 6!). The wooden floors were water-stained from the maids' cleaning - obviously never properly sealed. Lesson learned: read reviews carefully before booking!

Good for what was needed for our family.

Pros: Convience, price, close to food(In-N-Out) and beverage(Liquor store)
Cons: Newer duvets. Recaulk bathtub
Location: Don't know Fresno that well. Just a way station for Us.
Just needed a mid-point in our drive. Hotel was easy to find and right off the freeway yet far enough for quiet. Greeting was great, check-in easy(after 8) and food nearby. Room was spacious but the caulking in the bathtub seemed a bit dirty. I'm sure it was clean, just old in places. Having a 4 month old though you want everything spotless. Bedding was great but the duvet was a bit dated. Other than that i'd stay again on my way up north.

A bit disappointed

Stayed two nights at this hotel in route to Yosemite. We were awaken by trains passing by both nights. The hotel is located at a rather undesirable location. On the day of our check out, the wife let out a scream and it turned out to be a cockroach crawling on the wall. We killed it and were happy to be out of there. Despite the train and cockroach situations, the room was pretty clean and the staff at the hotel were wonderful.
