Clean and well equipped.Posted Sep 13, 2014
Location: The main attraction and the reason I was in Fresno was to see the Forestiere Underground Gardens. A must see and basically across the street.
Had every thing I could want. Desk, microwave, refrigerator, room to walk around, and pleasant staff. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the waffle I made was delicious. Very happy with my choice of hotels.

Dirty!.Posted Aug 4, 2014
We had to wear shoes during our one night stay . The tile and wood area of the room was so dirty and sticky that our socks were black. Hairs in the sheets and walls were Nasty!... It has really gone down hill since our last stay (2010) Thinking of staying somewhere in the Future. Was not too Comfortable!.. Although the staff was very Nice but seemed under staffed.

Nice place for a quick stay.Posted May 6, 2014
Pros: Close to Fwy 99 and Shaw Ave. Bed was comfortable. Quiet area but close to lots of places to eat.
Cons: New shower curtain. Alarm clock needs updating.
Location: Typical fast places all over. Several national chain restaurants near by (Red Robin, Outback, etc).
Room was clean, nice, and comfortable. Only problem was shower curtain had a moldy smell. I would have rated higher if it wasn't for that. Also, just nit-picking, but TV was pretty small for room size and alarm clock was way out dated. But, bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. I had a nice overnight sleep.

Okay place for stop overPosted May 5, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel was okay. Pretty typical of La Quinta, but seeing the drug deal go down on the street as we were arriving, that was very disheartening. I went out several times in the night to make sure the load on my trailer was okay.

Needs some TLCPosted Apr 11, 2014 on Hotels.com
I used to live in Fresno and only about 3 miles from where this facility is and saw them build it. It it's SHORT life the facility has been abused. There is graffiti in the elevator, light damage to most surfaces and a general condition that you would usually associate with a much older hotel. However, the staff is very friendly and helpful. They are will informed about what is happening locally on a given weekend and do try to provide direction if you are in need of something special.
