I thought the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the same cannot be said about the room cleanliness. Aside from the bed, the room was very filthy. The elevator and hallway floors were pretty dirty as well. Unfortunately, I probably would not recommend this stay.

There are many things don’t like about this hotel first the entrance is kind of confuse I mean the road is dangerous and special at night, other I have to go to front desk to ask for refresh on my digital key never work and all time have to do the same, the gym is kind of dirty and careless and last thing the tv never works the cable never work and for more that I try I saw all the stuff about cables and the box was like not working at all but also like the put all together to show that all is there but never work , I don’t see so much tv nut things you put in your room must be working right and just that thank you

Extremely friendly staff and service, nice and private, very accommodating of my disabilities, nice and cleanly! Overall I was very pleased with this location and everything about this hotel for the couple of days that I stayed, and I'm now staying for an additional night as I ended up having to handle a couple more things before catching the train back out of state again for a couple of weeks before returning to the area again, and I'm most likely going to stay at the same hotel when I return, as I enjoyed my stay that much! Thanks so much for the great service you guys, I can't tell you how much I appreciate everything!

I chose the wrong location when I booked this hotel. It’s in what is referred to as Highway City. Very loud, area around hotel is not the prettiest, small rooms, breakfast only until 9am. If u r looking for comfort this is not it. If u r looking for something to get u by it is doable.

Hotel is nice but the area is unsafe. Gunshots in the parking lot just outside my window at 3am, needless to say I didn’t get any sleep following that.

Unfortunately, welcome to Fresno. Drive-bys are not unusual in any area of Fresno. Usually, this area is pretty quiet.

Cleaning was not thorough. Found old soap in shower, tells me that staff don’t spend time cleaning well. Floors were messy and trash left by guests allowed to stay, staining floors and leaving sticky mess.

hotel needs lots of TLC. many areas in room where paint is peeling, dings, dents and scratches in the walls and doors and generally just very well used. Breakfast was below average. We were there on Sun and Mon nights and they had no butter nor Normal tea (ie like Lipton)"until Friday"..there are no stores in Fresno? The hot food was not well stocked and the peanut butter was so old it could not be spread..it came out in a chunk. Lastly the noise from1) trains and 2) loud guests is awful. The walls are like paper and on one night someone in an adjacent room kept us up till 4am because he was so loud. Will not stay there again

Property not clean. At one point, as I went to my room, I had to pass a woman sitting outside her room on the floor with lots of food and snacks plus two dogs in the hallway. Her door was half way open and she had music going. Once I arrived at my room, the door was open and I couldn’t tell if my room had been broken into or if housekeeping forgot to close the door all of the way. The walls in the room needed to be washed and painted and the bedding needed to be changed. The whole experience gave me a bad feeling. Fortunately I had a family emergency and had to check out immediately. I don’t know what I would have done had I been forced to stay. Very uncomfortable experience.

The HOTEL seemed to be situated in an industrial Wasteland. There was broken concrete and torn down fences all around and everything seemed unkempt except for the hotel. Unfortunately all the surrounding restaurants were closed due to construction and other issues and the only one open within walking distance was Carl's Jr but the food was inedible and I had to throw it into the garbage can.

My car was broken into the staff was not remorseful and only commented how I was parked in handicap parking spot due to being able to see my car from the window. I had never stayed there before parked backed in very tight between two cars. My purse and mini book bag were snatched from the broken window luckily they didn’t enter the car. I would not advise staying here staff did not care at all and seemed aware or not surprised at the situation. There was also a loud rude couple that were slamming doors and yelling down the hallway. The staff never said anything to them. after experiencing a robbery in their parking lot right in the front of the building they continue to try to charge my card all day like over 20 times just absolute no remorse and then threaten to not release the camera footage to the police if they didn’t charge me

You blocked your card, thereby ripped us off for your stay. That puts you in the same class as the guys that broke into your card. You have used three different names. You did not provide the police with the info they need to look further into it. I am not into blaming the victim but as you parked illegally because you were worried about break ins but then you left your purse and Mini pad out in the open on the front seat. Reasonable people remove or at least hide valuables.

The staff were kind. The room was cute and clean. The breakfast was mediocre. But it seemed like there was some sketchy stuff going on like sex trafficking. Why were there dudes just hanging around the hallway outside our room? We some some guy put on a full ski mask to cover his face before entering and facing the cameras. The location is pretty gnarly too.

Ok but not again.
I’m a LaQuinta fan but not this one. It was extremely noisy all night long with frequent trains, trucks, big equipment. Racetrack type car, noise, and a very loud air-conditioning unit in my room. I have also found the mattresses in LaQuinta’s to be extremely comfortable, but not this one. My disappointments were a surprise, considering that I think this is a fairly new LaQuinta. The breakfast area is nicely designed, but very poorly organized as to food and utensil placement, cups, etc. This is all specially inconvenient for me as I am semi handicapped and use either a walker or a mobility scooter. Parking and access is good as it is just off the freeway and quite convenient in that regard. On my next travel I will stay in Modesto/Salida LaQuinta instead as I have many times before, and never been disappointed in anyway.
